Disappointed Went into the automatic car wash the light flashed saying under carriage and that's it. There's a light hat said move forward so of course I'm thinking this light will flash when it's time to move forward..it did not. I pulled forward it beeped telling me to move back then stop flashed but nothing was happening. I sat there for two minutes still nothing. I pulled through and informed the person who worked there. He then goes on to tell me to follow the signs... hmmm wondered what the "drive forward sign" is for? Apparently, my car wash timed out. All in all, I got the wash. Took our van to 1 Great Car Wash for detailing. The van had three years worth of dog hair on the inside. After they finished we are unable to see any dog hair. The entire car looks like new. The place is open all the time! I had an early morning road trip Sunday, and didn't get home til late Saturday. I cruised over there around 1:00 in the morning, and there it was. They had 3 different types, priced at $6, $7, $8. I chose the $8 wash for the whole deal. It is completely touchless, which is very important to me. Overall, I'm happy with how it came out. The drying time could have been a little longer, but what do you expect at an automatic wash. Since I was there past midnight, there wasn't anyone by the bay, ready to wipe down the excess for a tip. I drove it home, and wiped whatever was still there. I'm happy with the result, and I'd definitely do it again. read more

Unfortunately this car wash is not one I would come to again. I paid for the basic touch less which was just fine. The vacuums (even after paying for a wash) are still $1. The first machine I used ate my $1. I only had 3 quarters left but when I went to the front office, no one was there. This place is a RIPOFF!!!!!!!! Just got back from there where I put my money in for the 'Bronze' wash which is the basic. Turns out it was $13!! The silver and gold washes which provide MORE services are less! When I looked closer to the payment machine they had in a small piece of tape with faded writing saying $13 for the basic wash. Very deceptive practices...but that doesn't surprise me from this place. I will NEVER go back and I'll make sure I let as many people know as I can. Used a self serve manual bay. Pressure on the washer seemed pretty good but had a few issues. Every setting seemed as though it was just a high pressure rinse. High pressure soap had zero soap.... could not smell any wax on the wax setting. The spot free rinse seemed empty because it just wouldn't spit anything out at all. I guess my car got the salt washed off but could be a lot better read more

Was there this morning, 11 am, paid for wash but it was inoperable. Knocked on office door and it was locked no one answered the phone even though a large black pickup was parked outside. Tried the phone, got machine. Tried again and someone answered. Did not seem to care that wash was inoperable, asked if he was on the premises and he refused to answer. Said they would refund but kept interrupting. Asked him to shut up and listen at which time he hung up. Tried several more time until he finally answered. Said I was rude to him ---- I am the customer and you have been caught shirking your responsibilities by collecting a paycheck and not doing your job. Said they would refund my card within a few days. Refused to give me the name of the owner. Now I know why there is never anyone using the car wash. read more

Every time I go to this place I swear I will never go back again! It is close to home so I stupidly go back out of convenience. The time before last the dryers didn't blow at all, they just made noise and I was left with dirty spots all over my car and I paid for the best wash they had. Then the vacuum nozzle was cracked off and i had to vacuum my car with this big wide hose. Waste of money didnt suck anything up. The trash was overflowing. Today I tried again on the way home from work. The machine took my money of course and the green light never came on for me to drive into the wash. So I waited and waited. Nothing. Then tried the refund button. Nothing. So I decided to drive in hoping the light was just broken and the thing would still come on and wash my car. Nothing. So I drove through and circled back around and not an employee in sight to help me or give me a refund! So I drove off with $8 less in my bank account and a dirty car feeling robbed and stupid for giving this excuse for a carwash another chance. I am sure I will never get a refund. Don't waste your time or money folks, steer clear of this place!! read more

I like the laser guided cleaning. It makes it truly touchless which minimizes scratches and swirls. But, the lack of brushes and perhaps not enough pre-soak means a very dirty car does not get fully cleaned. My car still showed dirt after the wash. Still had remains from bird droppings on my window. I wasn't expecting that. Not enough dryers and drying time. Car was too wet in my opinion after exiting. I've gone through other automatic car washes where the car is much drier. There are also self service stalls if you prefer over the automatic stalls, but I have not tried them. Price is right, but would have been very pleased if the car was cleaner. Almost seems you need to go through twice. Then price not as attractive. I'm going to try again when car isn't as dirty to see if the results are better if dirt not as bad. read more

I have to really search to find a "touchless" car wash that hits the undercarriage too (and the search continues). I've been here numerous times over the past few years and it just seems to be going downhill more each time I come here. When new, it was great. But the owners aren't spending money on upkeep. Why do people buy car washes and not think about maintaining them. I really like this place when they first opened. It seems they only maintain the auto washes when they break down (and I've been by 3 or 4 times when one of the 2 automatic bays were out of order. Sometimes the doors close, sometimes they don't, and then whoever is behind you putting money in the dispenser gets a nice seaside shower. Make SURE to only go when there is an attendant on duty. They will help when things go south. On my last visit, the CC swiper wasn't working (fortunately I had cash), and then one of the nozzles on the "big ol' spray arm" wasn't working so I drove out with a soap stripe down the middle. The attendant gave me a free basic wash in the other bay to compensate. I've also noticed there seems to be little correlation between the LED timer on the dryer and when it actually stops. I usually get cut off at about 15 seconds left. I've since found another touchless in Crystal Lake off of Virginia so will probably stick with that one from now on. read more

Just got back from this car wash; I haven't been happy with it the last year, and today was the straw that broke the camels back. Started with none of the card readers working, when i finally got it to accept my cash, i pulled in and started the "undercarriage wash." This lasted only 5 seconds (and happens to be the most important cleaning this time of year), then cane the $9 Ultimate Wash; subpar at best. The timer started at 60 seconds for the dryer, the timer went from 21 seconds to zero, leaving half the car soaked. I've used this wash in the past because it used to be the best around, now after a steady decline in effectiveness and cleanliness, and horrible customer service, I am done. I will also pass along to anyone who will listen, DON'T USE THIS CARWASH! read more

I went to this car wash to get my car washed. I pulled in at the automated car wash I first paid my $13 and then I entered the car wash the car wash started rinsing the car and soaking the car with soap and then all 0f the sudden it just stopped working the whole car wash went dark. thinking that it was going to start again after 10 minutes I sat there beeping my horn thinking that an assistant or somebody would come out to help me get my car out of the stall but there was nobody on duty. So luckily I was able to pull forward and get my car out of the stall when I pulled the car out it was full of soap so I had to go to the manual stall and put more money in the machine so I could rinse the soap off my car. Then a few minutes later the owner pulls up and says to me oh I'll give you a credit for your car wash. I told him I didn't want a credit for my car wash I wanted my money back I told him I would never come back to this shity car wash ever again and it's not about the money it's the danger I felt that I was put in when the machine stopped working and there was nobody on duty to assist me. The owner of the car wash acted like he was doing me a favor because he just happened to show up. read more

Do not waste your money! Being open all the time doesn't make up for the fact that their wash doesn't actually clean your car. After purchasing a wash on the 16th, I had to go home and re-wash my car! Left all the dirt on both sides untouched! I attempted to contact them three times since then and never received a call back.
