The place was hard to find so I called and a friendly voice answered and gave me directions. You have to go through the metal scrap gate to find the address. They honor the Groupon coupon. I was given a choice of tint. I kept it legal limit. The waiting room was very nice and cozy with Netflix. It took about 1hour and 1/2 . I really like the finish product. This is the second vehicle of mine that I had tint installed at TI Auto Customs. Ivan tinted all the windows of my Hyundai Tucson in a little over two hours on a Sunday. He was very responsive to text messages. He matched the Groupon price and then gave me the upgrade price for Ceramic which comes with a lifetime warranty. I have no complaints. Although I had the toughest time to get them to answer the phone, even after driving there 2 times and being told that that closed early. Finally last month they answered and I received a 4pm appointment for the next week Saturday. The morning of the appointment I received a text message them having to cancel for a "family emergency." After rescheduling, they gave me another appointment for the following week, and canceling again because of that family emergency being "covid" related. I don't mean to be insensitive because we all have been effected by covid, but tests are done, getting results far quicker then a week, where I should've been notified quicker and getting a quicker appointment or going somewhere else....which I've done. Someone puked in my car!! Gross! After taking my car to a few local auto detailers, I decided to use my handy dandy Yelp app to help me decide. I came across TI Auto Customs and was very happy I gave them a call. The shop itself is actually a garage in a residential area but do not let that deter you! (They do awesome work) I went to numerous local shops and none of them gave me the care and attention that these guys did. Ivan was very accommodating with my busy schedule. He worked on my car outside of his posted hours and did an outstanding job for a fraction of the price of a lot of the other companies in the area. (I'll just add that so many of the shops I visited that day were rude, condescending and didn't seem to care much for my business.) Purchased a Groupon for a ceramic coat, set up an appointment, took the day off from work to make it to that appointment. Went at the scheduled time of 10am, got there waited and no one was there or even open until about 15 minutes later someone showed up. Told him about the appointment and he said I wasn't in the system or scheduled, plus he said he was going to cancel all the appointments for that day because there was no power. Offered to reschedule so I did for the next Tuesday, I accepted, but then realized I would have to take another day off work, I didn't want to risk taking the day off and once again told I wasn't in the schedule again. I called to reschedule for a weekend. Nothing was available until November 23rd, I accepted but wanted a confirmation text or email as assurance that I was in the schedule and would not waste my time once again, he said you should get the confirmation text shortly, I never did. I called again to ask if he could send the confirmation text and he said yea I'll send it and once again didn't. I waited a week and called again to ask for a confirmation text, but this time he stopped answering the phone, called again the next day and the same, no answer, texted and no answer . I had to contact Groupon customer service for a refund and disappointed with this business, I would not recommend as it lacks any sort of professionalism or service. Also pricing is high for any add on services other than the Groupon, he wanted $400 for a level 1 paint correction on a sedan which was more than the ceramic coat. read more

Got mine through a Groupon deal; and honestly, did my fair share of research through the internet of local businesses. The owner was very honest and answered all my questions that I had regarding the install; didn't try to "upsell" me on anything else, and didn't try to charge any extras. Got the work done in the time allotted (actually, 15 min early, I think), and took care of every little detail. I was a little hesitant ONLY because the business (during winter months) is run out of a garage. Don't let this keep you from going though. The family takes pride in what they do, and it's quite evident that the work he does is top notch. I wouldn't go anywhere else for window tinting, as well as other services!!! By the way, if the weather is nicer, he'll come out to you (unless your job requires certain things he only has in the garage) Not only will I be telling my friends about his window tinting services, but his interior cleaning services as well. My car was disgusting -- I have two young boys whose life mission seems to be to make every possible mess in my car. Green smoothie on the arm rest, chocolate on the seat, every crumb known to man. Yuck. I dropped my car off with Ivan, who is the nicest guy. He took it and 6 hours later returned it as if it was brand new. The smoothie was gone, the crevices were clean, my headlights were clear. I periodically give a friend of mine a ride home and when she got in my car for the first time after I took it to TI Auto she asked me, "Did you get a new car?" My only regret is that I didn't take a before and after picture. I've purchased two groupons for this merchant. One was for a Jeep and one was for a Volkswagen. The merchant did not want to honor my second groupon due to the vehicle being "Foreign" even though it was built in US, also mentioning that luxury vehicles have leather and that it would be more difficult to tint than vinyl upholstery. My Volkswagen doesn't have leather, but the Jeep does, yet still did not want to tint the VW. I have recommended this facility to others before, but will definitely not anymore. read more

I had brought multiple of my cars here and every time I'm satisfied with the work. Easy booking but the prices are a bit high compare to other tinting shops. There is a lobby for you to wait with complementary water and Netflix or Hulu for you to watch while waiting. Bathrooms are nice and clean as well. So with this place having such great reviews and I was also told about their Groupon. I was excited to get one of my new cars tints here. Unfortunately, you have to be mindful of the places you're dealing with and how they treat certain ppl. I called the day before my appointment because even though I received a text confirmation, it stated I should also receive a confirmation email. I never received one so I decided to give them a call to to verify. The guy answering the phones literally brought up with appointment without having to ask my phone number or info. He says I see you have the Toyota C-HR. I said that's correct. He says you have to book that under a truck because it's an SUV and has larger windows. Now I don't know if you guys are familiar with the model(added a pic). But my car is about the size of the Corolla! NOT THE CAMRY, but the Corolla. It's a small crossover vehicle that isn't as big as a New York minute. I said the windows are smaller than a small sedans windows. He started talking abt ask your insurance, they'll tell you. First of all I traded in my SUV to get this car and not only did they change my class of vehicles they also lowered it. That's neither here nor there though. Purchased a Groupon voucher (window tinting) for this business over a week and a half ago. Called the merchant to schedule and the voicemail alerted me to text my vehicle details and service needed. I followed that step and also sent an email to be on the safe side. The merchant followed up via text a few days later requesting my name and vehicle information. The merchant also stated in that text that no appointment was valid until confirmed by them. I provided the information that was requested and even asked for a confirmation for earliest available spot. I received no further follow up or response from this merchant. I have never had this type of communication issue with a Groupon merchant before. I reached out to Groupon to express my displeasure and they provided me a refund. I purchased a new voucher today with a different merchant and was able to schedule service same day. read more

We chose this shop because they offered a Groupon, and it was definitely worth the money. My car was VERY dirty (had not been detailed in years), and it was almost as clean as when I drove it off the lot brand new 9 years ago. It did take most of the day, but Ivan mentioned in advance that there would be additional time and cost for sand/grit and/or pet hair (there was lots of sand in the car). The additional cost was reasonable, and in line with the service offered. Added up, it was a great value for a full interior and exterior detail. I found T.I. Customs on a web search trying to find someplace that would do LED upgrades on my 2018 Yukon. I booked an appointment and when I got there it was a private residence and Ivan works out of his garage. It was the most immaculate garage I've ever seen. I had first sent out an email regarding to set up an appointment back on October 3rd. And I have yet not had the opportunity to schedule my appointment. I emailed them my number, they never contacted me. I texted them the day after letting them know about when I can come in, never heard back till the next day which was 10/10. The times that were being mentioned did not work for me so I asked about a different date and I have not heard back. The owner was willing to work with me on this last minute emergency and I was incredibly lucky to have my car serviced by this business! I traveled to the business, which was incredibly close to my home, and I dropped off my car. Let me tell ya, my car had seen better days. I was almost embarrassed because of the condition that it was in. It was dirty because honestly it had been quite a while since I had the interior cleaned. I love that the owner took the time to greet me, asked if I had specific areas of concern with the car. I went over everything with him, he advised to give him a few hours. With all the faith and confidence in his work, I handed him the keys. When I came back, I was SHOCKED! It was the great type of shocked tho, I was in awe of what my car looked like! The shine! The attention to detail! Every crevice, every hinge, every inch of this car is incredibly cleaned! There wasn't a trace that any Human had ever stepped foot in this car! I didn't recognize the car!
