Extremely friendly staff and clean facility. I've used the wash & fold service only for the last 2 months with no issue.

I have been coming to this location since the opening day . All the ladies were very friendly. But , The lady who works here named Ana is such a rude person . She doesn't even address people's questions . She won't even care if the customers are waiting for 20-30 mins , she just ignores and keeps doing her work . The worst employee I've ever seen . She is such an arrogant and irresponsible woman . If she doesn't want to help or answer customers questions , it's better of her to sit at home instead providing such horrible service . I have used this place for more than a year because of its closeness to my home. I had to start counting every article of clothing because I was sure I was missing items. Sure enough, items were missing and after complaining many times, I finally spoke with the owner who tried to appease me. Now, what's even WORSE is that I get my laundry back and it REEKS of cigarette smoke! I am an asthmatic who is seriously allergic to to tobacco smoke! I am paying for my clothes to come back to me smelling fresh & clean! To make matters worse, I can SWEAR that they don't even use detergent and just wash the clothes in plain water because sometimes the clothes are still soiled and definitely don't smell like ANY soap was used! This place is overall good. Their services are solid and do a good job. They do a wonderful job of folding and packing it up. Only one staff member, Tina, makes this review drop three stars. She is awful, rude and annoying. I drop off my laundry, get it weighed and pre pay so I don't have to worry about it when I pick it up. FIVE times I have been told ONLY by her that I am not being billed correctly because of blankets and small rugs that should be charged separately. I told her no staff member ever told me about this, and that she should speak to her staff if it was such an issue. Week after week she literally harassed ME about her own staff that apparently isn't "billing" me correct. Not only is she rude, but every single time I come in to pick up my laundry hassle-free, she literally sits and picks apart how much I was wrong for not paying for this. I again told her to speak to her staff the one that is responsible for weighing and billing. Tina not only makes me never want to use this place, but next time she gets in my face over her own staff issues I will be contacting the owner and never coming back. I have been coming to One Hour Laundry for the better part of a year and recently have started utilizing their wash and fold service. I was satisfied with their services up until last week. Not only did I receive someone else's underwear, but also someone else's towel instead of my own and I am missing a few articles of clothing. I have tried calling the business and it took 12 calls the first time, 8 the second time to reach someone. The woman gave me a phone number of a manager, Darwin, who has yet to return my calls. I tipped the attendant well and I am so disappointed. Because of the proximity to my home, I will likely continue to come for self-service, but I do NOT feel comfortable using their wash and fold service again. Unless you are either washing, drying, folding clothes together or ALL THREE there should never be a mix up such as this. I would not recommend this laundromat for wash and fold services. read more

I do the drop off wash and fold service here. Everyone that works in this facility is amazing. The place is spotlessly clean! Those handling my clothing pay attention to the care and each piece comes back to me and in perfect condition, completely clean! As long as they offer this service I refuse to go anywhere else! read more

Did my Laundry this morning when I was switching from washer, I must've dropped a slipper without noticing. I put clothes in dryer, then sat in my car to wait as I like most everyone is trying to avoid other people at this time. I had timer set, and went in 5 minutes before it was up. Upon walking in, worker approached me and asked if I had pink slippers. I said yes, she told me that she threw it out because it had fallen on the floor, but she so graciously told me I could pick it out of the garbage. We are talking 40 minutes. If something drops out of someone's basket you are going to throw it away???? The same day???? Within an hour?!?!? Very rude and she destroyed my personal property. I was looking for a new laundromat as I've had a terrible experience everywhere else I've gone. I can't say that about this place. Clean and staff is very friendly. My laundry was ready on time, they gave me a new bag for being a new customer and paired my ridiculous amount of socks. I've never been this pleased with a laundry service before.
