I arrived around 9:30-9:40 pm, I know the last wah is at 10pm so I was good. Well I proceeded to do my laundry as usual. I was drying & folding when an employee ( an Asian lady) came to me and said we're closed. I was surprised because I thought I lost track of time, when I checked my phone it was 11:30, I proceeded to tell her that the laundry closes at midnight & she walked away. She turns off the lights, & now I'm folding almost in the dark but some I guess emergency lights. I couldn't believe it. I finished at 11:45 which would have been the normal time i would have finished. When I was leaving I pointed to the sign at the door showing her it said midnight. I asked if she was the owner & explained that that's not how you treat customers. I told her she was rude & nasty & I could go to any other laundry & she just shrugged her shoulders and made a face. Please hire people that are respectful to your customers. If that lady has a problem closing she shouldn't work there .

I walked in carrying a heavy bag and grabbed a nearby cart to place my clothes in. I planned to return it right after, but the employee (an older woman) immediately snapped at me, saying "Excuse me, that's my cart," in a very rude tone. A simple, polite explanation would have gone a long way, but the attitude made the interaction unnecessarily negative. Encounters like this really affect the overall experience and make me question whether I want to continue coming here. Respect and kindness go a long way, especially in customer service.

When I first entered, I was surprised that they did not have a computer payment system, no computer ticketing system and no credit card accepted. This was a cash only service(this should've been a sign. When I dropped off clothes i was given a handwritten receipt with balance due. When I returned to pick up clothes, the lady attempted to change the price on the receipt. I refused to accept this new charge. I had to wait until next day day to collect my clothes when owner was available. This was inconvenient and unacceptable. I did retrieve my clothes the next day. I will never patronize this establishment and recommend you avoid the drop off service.

Won't make change for you, always smoking out front or in the back. Says 24 hours and closes the back door at 8pm and the front at around 11pm. Wagers work well and are inexpensive, but the dryers are almost always just warm, more than six are usually broken and not working, others just don't heat up. You've got to test them before you use them, that's according to the people who work there. When it's busy there is always a shortage of good dryers due to broken ones, cold ones, and the rest take very long to dry too. At Kraft it's free drying there or I'd never use the place again. The place could use some serious matainence, a good cleaning, and a better attitude.
