Came back to One Life Yoga for the first time after the pandemic and they moved locations! I had a little bit of a difficult time finding the actual studio because it's nested away in the second-floor corner of a large plaza. I parked in the Pavilions parking lot because the instructions on the confirmation email said we could. The class itself was very soothing and calm. We went through the motions of various yoga poses and flows. The instructor was calming and nice. I felt like she had a lot of empathy for her students. She even came around to fix or adjust our bodies when she thought it was needed. Blankets, blocks, and other equipment is available for you (no need to rent) - bring your own mats! They have 2 gender neutral restrooms and cubbies to store your things, but no lockers.

*SUMMARY* I initially signed up for the intro special at the studio and loved the classes! I now attend 2-3 weekly classes with friends. The yoga sessions have helped loosen up my stiff muscles from sitting at a desk job all day. *CLASSES* Classes vary by level, and beginner-friendly classes are great for anyone like me with no previous yoga experience. I would recommend: 1. Earth class on Mondays with Reza - The deep stretching and breathing exercises help me decompress in the evening. Reza is excellent at providing modifications for people with different levels of flexibility. 2. Vinyasa class or Prana Flow on Tuesdays with Sarah - When I want a higher energy class, I attend the Vinyasa class. If I want a more relaxing class, I attend the Prana Flow class. Sarah is excellent at actively providing constructive feedback through her sessions. *PARKING* The yoga studio is located in the same plaza as the Pavilion. Located on the 2nd floor, the studio's staircase is located next to the Baskin Robins. Plaza parking is free.

    Nice shower stuff!

It's much more personal than some other options in Pasadena, and Reza very naturally makes you feel at home.
