Can't give zeros stars but would. This family family business offers a loyalty card on which any one of 3 employees will make their initial. After 6 months and 12 visits, all of which were initialed, the loyalty card was denied because, and I quote: " This initial doesn't look like mine, and we get people in here all the time trying to fake the signatures, so I'm not taking your card." What kind of B$ policy is this, You create a loyalty card to encourage repeat customers. Now you've lost another "loyal" customer when you can't even be loyal to your own policy. You should feel ashamed, but we all know you won't. * Learn how to run a business properly or get out of the business. * Offer a Loyalty card that can't be faked * Stop accusing customers of trying to cheat a system that relies on a business card and a sharpie to police. read more

I was not very impressed at all...I stopped by a few times when they are supposed to be open, but they were closed.. Also their house juices are horrible.. I'm not sure about their other branded juices, but I'm not even going to go back to try them... I did find a great shop though.. The first time i walked into One Love Vapors was back in early October and i knew they were just newly opened. Saw them on yelp and decided to see whats up. I walked in and everything was nice, some music playing, i was greeted, and the guy helping me was very energetic and very friendly. Now, I haven't been able to drive by again and visit until just about a week ago. I wanted to see what was new, their juices, see if the same guys work there, and just to hang out. I walked in, it was extremely quiet, the guy who i remember came out and asked what i needed. I just wanted to try some juice and he gave me the menu(s). i chose a few and he let me try them. out of maybe 5 flavors, 3 tasted burnt. unfortunately. This guy changed in a few months i think. Either he was just tired that day, or he just doesnt like the business. This visit was nothing like my first. Customer Service completely fell and i'm uninterested in ever wanting to visit. 2 stars for a couple juices that i sampled and liked. read more

Good selection of e-juices. This place screams laid back and relaxed, it maybe due to the hydroponics store next door, just saying. I didn't price check on mods or accessories but they seemed to have a solid selection and were helpful when it came to tasting a couple of different juices. Ended up leaving with 2-15 ml bottles of RY4 at 6 mg. We forgot to order ahead of time from our usual store in Texas and were only left with 0 nicotine at home which made John hulk angry. The 30 ml of juice will get him through until our order from Texas arrives. It is nice to have a local vape store 10 minutes away with a good selection of juices and a comfy couch for trying them out. Better prices anywhere in town on vapes crazy cheap come b4 they're all gone! The s1000 is 94 bucks at my regular hookah place and it's only 60 bucks here. Gave this place a couple tries now I won't come here anymore . Customer service horrible, store owner literally sits at his chair watching tv the entire time you're waiting on him. Bought a Nord coils from him and recommended the type for my salt nick vape. He incorrectly gave me the wrong type because it won't fire such low ohms on my vape. To be honest, I found this place "unimpressive". It seems to be a "skater" place. The young man behind the counter seemed to be rebuilding a friends unit and didn't want to see me. When he did help, he and his friend started making off color jokes, making me a little hot under the collar. Think I'm gonna be passing on this store. read more

I went here with some friends who were wanting some new juices. I don't have a vapor myself but I do occasionally vape. We walked and and was immediately greeted. Me beginning the only one without a vaporizer he was trying to talk me into it and I played along a bit and asked some questions while my friends were checking out the menu. He was very knowledgeable about everything and he was quick to let us try all the flavors and tell us his favorites and his not so favorites. I previously posted a review here that apparently the shop owner had yelp remove. I'm not sure what the deal is but I didn't just shop at this store once. I did business here many times. It is ridiculous to have my unfavorable review removed and leave some guys review up that has been here once. I am beginning to think that YELP needs their own review. So anyway, here is my review, again, copy/pasted verbatim. Shop here at your own risk, you have been warned. I have been purchasing e-juice and on occasion I have purchased hardware at this Vape shop. He does carry one particular brand of premium e-juice that I have been hooked on and has been the only reason that I continued to come here but not anymore!! First of all, I have come to this shop on many occasions when they were supposed to be open and they were not. I addressed this with the vape shop and they made it sound like I was crazy and that they are always here when they claim to be open. A good friend of mine also shops at this vape store and stopped in to pick up some Atlantis Sub-Ohm coils. He called me up and mentioned that he was having some difficulty with the coils, said it was like sucking a rock through a straw. He then did some research and found out that the coils were FAKES. He went to the vape shop and told them about the fakes, giving the shop the benefit of the doubt that they didn't know they were selling fakes. Well, turns out even after he told them, they continued to sell the fake coils! They also gave him a hard time about returning the fakes. Absolutely ridiculous! This past week or so the shop had been completely out of the my favorite e-juice in the MG of nicotine that I typically vape. Last week I called them on a Friday and he said the juice would be there either today or tomorrow. I went in on a Monday assuming that he had the juice already but they did not. He said that he ordered it on Friday which means he was BSing me on Friday. I don't understand why? Why not just mention that you ordered them on Friday, they are coming from CA and they will be here latest on Tuesday or Wednesday? I asked him to give me a call when the juice came in, Here we are on Wednesday, no phone call. The thing that really gets me is the guy that runs this shop is arrogant to think that he can run a business and treat customers this way and they will keep coming back because of his deals and his juice card. NO WAY will I EVER shop at this store again and I feel that this negative review is warranted. I just ordered $80 worth of my favorite e-juice online, directly from the manufacturer which would of otherwise gone to the shop had they not provided a negative experience, over and over again. Maybe one day this guy will wake up and learn how to run a business. read more

I only have been here once, just went in to get a couple of parts for my vape, the dude there was really helpful and chill, nothing but good vibes. I got some new oil, I couldn't choose so he recommended their top seller. I'm really happy with it and it's a decent price. The guy even offered to let me try it.
