So I've been saying that the NW is a empty pocket when it comes to vape shops and it seems now we finally have two so I decided to see what they have to offer. Relax, Just Vaping is right next to Cracked Egg and Tea Time Cafe, attached to the salon. You can see them outside, they have a sign, but share a door with the salon. The odd thing they do differently is make you sign this list that says you know ingredients in vaping can cause irritation (propylene glycol some people are allergic to) and get you on a mailing list of some sort. They are getting more juices, but right now they carried 2 brands which somehow the name escapes me since it's not any I've seen at other stores. The one thing they kinda had unique is that their samples of various flavors were also various nicotine levels. This can be a plus for someone quitting who doesn't know what nicotine level feels right to them since some flavors were from 6- 24mg. We are sitting about 6mg nicotine so that made me a bit nicotine high trying the flavors. I didn't get anything since I was on the cusp of "nic sick" and can't make a decision. Would have to taste the two flavors that seemed the best again. Plus is if you like it, they do a stamp card of buy 5 get one free. That is half the amount of stamps most shops do to get a freebie. Device wise it's egos and various tanks. They said they are getting more styles of tanks in, but don't know if they will get more variable voltage items. They did have a wishlist going and said they will stock things with some input or if they stock something already and you want a specific something (like a pink tank vs the blue one that was on the shelf), they'll make sure it comes in for you in another shipment. Both ladies were really nice and earnest. We did have nice chats. They were fascinated with my unit though... I have a mechanical mod and they didn't know how it works at all so I let one of the girls hit mine and the BFs also let her tried mine. While I don't know everything there is to know about vaping, I at least know a little bit about what things are. I find it odd to not have an idea of all the ways people vape even if you don't stock or vape that way yourself when you run a shop. They were perplexed how a RBA holds juice and how do you dial in power since it resembles nothing of a eGo. I would say stop by and try the juices out. They were pretty reasonably priced and some of them did taste good. With that stamp card, I think it's worth looking if you live in the area since there isn't much of a vape scene in Centennial, but it sits A-OK in terms of comparing selection and experience with some seasoned shops. I don't live in Vegas, but was there visiting my brother that does. We stopped at the Cracked Egg for breakfast (one of his favorite places) and while we were waiting for our table, decided to pop into this shop. I've been curious about vaping as I'm a smoker and looking to quit so I figured why not? We had already been the The Pink Spot the day before and received not only horrible service but absolutely NO education in our brief 15 minutes there (10 of it waiting in line). I wasn't sure what to expect but this place was a breath of fresh air and EXACTLY what I was looking for. Colleen was an absolutely doll! She was very patient with us, let us try every single flavor we wanted to. Even my brother, who doesn't smoke, was intrigued by the variety and tried a few himself. Not only was she incredibly patient and nice, she explained every unit she had available, the pros and cons of each one, the ingredients in the juices, how much we could anticipate using as we "kicked the cigarette habit", how to assemble, disassemble and clean the pieces and parts of the vaping unit. She even created a customized starter kit for me and my friend who has also been wanting to cut down on smoking. We didn't want the basic starter but not the highest end either and she fitted our starter kits to our needs. AMAZING!! As if she hadn't already gone above and beyond providing fantastic customer service, she is contacting someone local to me (Arizona) so I can buy more juices from him directly. I'd rather just buy from Colleen as I believe in supporting local businesses, especially ones that provide such fantastic customer service. I'll be placing my future orders with Colleen and having my brother pick them up and ship them to me. She said she'll have online ordering eventually and when that happens, this is the place I'm going to for my vaping needs. Thank you Colleen! The staff is so friendly, I'm a newbie to Vaping and they practically held my hand to tell me about the different offerings. I was even called back a couple weeks after my first visit to come in to get a free juice! I won a December special evidently. They never have anything I want in stock, and always suggest that I come back once their shipment has arrived. They are always trying to up sell, I know what I want when I walk in but always end up being there for much longer because of this. They are far more expensive then other places I have bought vape equipment from. When i signed up for their loyalty program I specifically asked if they were going to fill my inbox with junk and they said no. The loyalty program requires a phone number and I gave them my email so that i could email my receipts. I should have known better, they spam the crap out of me. read more

Its a nice little area, right next to the Cracked Egg and Tea Time Cafe. The shop itself is pretty small, but I honestly enjoyed that. The size makes it feel personal and if I were a first time vaper, just coming off smoking, this would be the kind of environment I'd want to walk into. The two ladies working were very nice and polite, making for easy conversation while I browsed their selection. The juices they had were neatly labled and in clearomizers for sampling and they were nice enough to let me sample some of their juices. A great boon for me was the tobacco juices they had. It was actually the fact they had tobacco based eliquids that brought me in. Most shops won't carry a lot and if they do, they're at a low nicotine level and too artifical tasting to me. Way overpriced on e-juice. No prices or signs anywhere. Reward point system is horrible at 1pt. per $10 spent. Just so much cheaper online. Felt so bad for the disabled women helping me, rolling around in an office chair on tile flooring. Hopefully she doesn't fall over and further injure herself. I've been there on numerous occasions when I forget to order my juices online and this shop Is a perfect example why I've switched to ordering online, insanely overpriced and inflated prices. Juices you get for $11 to $13 online or elsewhere are $27 here. I understand they have rent to pay but come on such a mark up for such a low class place is unjustifiable. Whenever you walk in there are people sitting there eyeing you down and it's like you're disturbing their chats. Only once have I attempted to sample a juice and the guy goes oh we don't have that here put it on your hand and taste it...yea about that. You're in a prime spot, hire an advisor and somebody in marketing to help you revamp this place, you have no competition around you, could of been a gold mine read more

I don't like writing negative reviews but I feel I need to share this experience. First, I DO want to say that the staff is very friendly and the people that I talked to were very knowledgeable (on the subjects that we talked about anyway). They have that going for them at least. However, the last time I was there I bought some new hardware and I must say I feel rather cheated. I bought both a copper black Stingray mod kit and a Tobh Atty (V2). Both of these are rather pricey but if you know either of these products you know they are worth it. The stingray weighs in at $190.00 with the Tobh coming in around $80.00. As It turns, out both of these items are clones. The fact that these are clones doesn't bother me because both are actually very well made. What bothers me is that they were sold to me as OGs and I paid OG prices for them. That Stingray clone should have cost me $80.00 with the Atty clone being around $30.00. That's a very big price difference and not once was the word clone mentioned. Now I don't know if they just didn't realize they were selling clones or if this was deliberate. I'm not going to speculate on that. Either way, I don't think I will be going back. read more

I just recently began shopping at "Relax Just Vapin", and have been impressed at the quality of service and products. I invested in the "MINI SUPER TANK" by tobeco, and have enjoyed they're blue raspberry juice. The tank is a perfect fit for me personally since I'm not a "heavy hitter". And the juice has great flavor. However that is not the reason for the five star rating obviously. The service and atmosphere there is very comfortable, with a home like feel as soon as I walk through the door. Associate Lisa has been very helpful, kind, and sweet assisting me with all that I need. As a customer service manager myself I well aware of the care and concern she expresses for her customers. An update to my last review. I left their store around 2pm. When the owner called me to insist his Nautilus was genuine and tell me off, it was around 2:25. Not only would I never expect a business to keep your phone number and call you back unless you've expressly given them your number to call you back, BUT ALSO he calls back at 5:40!!! He says it's to apologize because he "didn't realize" he had ordered the Nautilus from two different vendors, and the one I looked at WAS fake. So, he's taking it off the shelf. But he assures me that he has genuine ones, and I can come back and get a coil for $5 again out of another box... And tells me that he's sure I won't find them anywhere else since they're sold out most everywhere. Considering I got one three hours prior to him calling (right after I left his shop, I went to Vape Street) for $2 that was actually individually wrapped and genuine... I told him I wouldn't be back. Not to mention that he started yet again telling me that not everything he sells is fake and that I'm wrong in saying that. Which I didn't. I told him that his Pro Tank Mini is fake and his Nautilus is fake. Which they are. So, again. Why would I shop at a place where the workers AND the owner don't even have any idea about the products they are selling? And why do you keep calling my private phone number when I never gave it to you (the shop phone is apparently actually the owner's cell, with caller ID) with the consent to call me?? I love this shop usually can go in and not even have to think about what is needed because they know me so well. I went in early one morning asked the girl to clean and build a mod for me, I wasn't really paying attention to her working on it as we were all talking and laughing (like I said I really do love this shop), I tipped her and went home. I went to vape and noticed that my cotton wasn't changed or the coil wasn't rebuilt, I was very confused because I was sure that the time I spent in the shop made sense for all that to be done. Went in here new years day and really wasnt impressed. Employees just roll themselves around on chairs. The juices are descent but not on the same level as alot of the shops in the area. The mod prices are way inflated. Also while I was at the bar trying flavors of juices, some old lady that was drinking coffee at a table next too me looked a little perturbed every time I blew a cloud up. Stopped in to get some kanthol, cotton and maybe some juice and just to look around. Right when i walked in i wasnt even greeted, i had to walk in front of someone and say Hi. I inquired about kanthol and the kid did not know any prices, and some older lady which i assumed was the owner or manager says "$5 for 5 foot" which is a complete rip off $1 a foot? IDK if anyone pays that price but i know u can get a 100ft roll from temco for like 7bux shipped. The juice line was VERY poor, Half was on a printed piece of paper and the other half was written in chicken scratch on some printer paper. Everyone seems to be clueless there, and my final straw when i asked about some cotton the kid said it was 5 bux so i said meh ok, he went to ring it up and the old lady blurted out (again) $7.50 + tax so its gona be 8.30 for a pack of 4! It was Aydn Japanese cotton. Ive bought it from other stores before. It comes in a pack of 6 and is only $4.00. This place is a complete rip off. Employees are rude and clueless and they carry junk. I wish I could give this place zero stars because it is that bad! I went back here because it's close to home, and I decided to try something new. I got a bottle of the killer kustard it's really good! That however is not my issue, my issue is the price. The price for a 100 ML bottle was $35 which I thought was high at the time but just bought it because I figured I was already there. I found it at another shop called ECigarette Empire FOR $16!!!! SAME SIZE 100ML!! I FEEL TOTALLY RIPPED OFF. I can only wonder how I have been ripped off here in the past. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They knew the products they were selling and weren't trying to push their opinion on us. I just thought that I need to give a SHOUT OUT to the GREAT people that work at Relax, Just Vape. I have had a terrible time with a tank that I bought for my mod. After all my trips to the shop and many times leaving frustrated, the staff have been wonderful! Come to find out that the tank that I bought had been recalled for leaking problems. I have even left my tank so they could work on it. The staff are so AWESOME. I got a text from one of t he employees saying that the issue had been taken care of. Due to my tank being recalled, they replaced it with a new model, and told me it was ready to pick up. I had just gotten to work and would not be able to pick up till I got off. One of my favorite Vape shops in the valley, this place has a nice vibe at all times and I'm welcome in there whenever to spend all the time I please. If your a regular, jack, Colleen and all the other employees will keep you much entertained. There's many shops around who are just condescending and think they're some vape gods who can be rude if you don't blow clouds the size of Kansas. All the workers know what they're doing and stay researching on their products and have a Carry a very good juice line (voda) and their in house juice line is pretty good too. Some hits and misses, but that's just personal preference. for the other review telling you to go to pink spot cause of price. That's completely absurd.
