I looked on the shelf and saw Pink Lemonade so I told him I'd take that one. I bought it but when I opened it in the car, it wasn't a Pulse X, it was a Pulse. Smaller and less hits. I went back in the store and told him it wasn't a Pulse X and he said, "You don't say Pulse X. You only told me what flavor". I told him I did specify Pulse X, and that I was sure that I had. But he refused to swap it out for me. If anything maybe I should have noticed before opening it, but I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that I asked specifically for Pulse X. Lemonheads flavor ONLY comes in Pulse X. It's not even available in Pulse. I told him I wouldn't be back and would review the store based on my experience but he didn't care. Record your conversation, or check product to ensure it is correct before leaving store. For $23 it seems like he'd want to save a customer and spare himself a negative review, but I guess not.

They called and the guy apologized and said he would put it up front so that I could pick it up in the morning. Jump to today. The guy at the front named "T", first of all he was wearing sun glasses inside, he rummages through the drawer for a second and says he can't find it so he leaves makes a joke about me thinking I can't hear it. Then comes back yelling at me talking about he's going to be manager soon. The managers are all looking for my id. Meanwhile the only employee I actually recognize calmly looks in the same drawer, sees my id and gives it to me. Idk his name. He had long hair. But he was truly the only one who was taking my situation seriously. T should not be a manager and the security guard who tried to escalate the situation more needs to be checked too. I have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars at this place and all I wanted was a sense of urgency when looking for something of mine they shouldn't have had in the first place
