He was struggling to get back into his feet, and we feared he could get exhausted and drown. When we told a worker about it, and directed said worker over to the poor little guy, the worker laughed and then proceeded to walk away. Fortunately the tortoise was able to get back onto his feet, but it took at least 10 minutes of him struggling. We were very worried for him, and seeing the workers not care was genuinely heartbreaking. Please do better.
