I was under time pressure and needed to get the Pugs cleaned up in a flash. Petsmart is close and I've used another location's grooming services in the past. Aaron, super nice groomer/customer service rep got me in without a hitch. When I arrived Lucy and Bam had spots waiting for them. The groomers were so welcoming and informative. I was specific about them paying close attention to their ears and wrinkles which they assured would be no problem. I was advised my Pugs would be ready in 2-3 hours. Aaron called within 2.5 hours and stated my babies would be ready in 15 minutes. Perfect, just enough travel time. When I walked in my Pugs were nice & clean. The groomers all said goodbye to Lucy & Bam, sent us off with a raving progress report and coupons for our next visit. I could tell my babies were excited to go home but sad to leave this wonderful crew. They can't wait to get back in the Petsmart bathtub. The only issue I had was that the price I was quoted on the phone turned out to be $3 more per Pug. So instead of $18.99, my dogs were $21.99 each. No biggie just caught me off guard. Be aware prices are increased due to weekend rates.

They did a great job grooming CURLEY! Very friendly staff... We love this place. They also gave me a pawgress report which is really cool about his experience at Petsmart.

    Stuffed animal with cat harness

I have never used a harness for my cat and decided to purchase my first one while at the store. HOWEVER, I had no idea how properly to put it on my cat. I approached the young man working the cash register and told him I had an embarrassing question and could he tell me how to use the harness. He not only explained the proper technique to me, he got a small stuffed animal and attached the harness to it to provide me a visual demonstration. He was so very thoughtful and helpful. I did not get his name, but I do want to thank him for going "above and beyond" with customer service.

DO NOT let this location groom your pet. We have been taking my west highland white terrier here for over 10 years and been very satisfied with the simple, westie cut. We dropped my 13-year-old westie off today for his routine cut and he came back traumatized and completely patchy shaven down to his skin- his face, everything. They only left a semi bushy tail. Usually, if he has any matting, we receive a call saying some spots may be shorter than others, but no one has ever shaved everything off out of sheer laziness...Besides the fact that my dog looks awful, I am sick to my stomach about the pain he must have suffered while getting this cut. He usually is cheerful when he gets back, but he almost didn't even want me to pet him. Please see pictures of what his cut usually looks like and what he looks like now.

I don't know why my review didn't post... Anyway, I am so beyond happy with the services I had done for my elder pom, Bear! Haley (who will now be his permanent groomer), took such good care of him and made him so handsome! She chalked his fur and gave him a bow at my request, and went above and beyond my expectations. The salon is well kept and tidy, and the staff is so personable and treats their clients well. I will definitely be recommending this location to all of my pet owning friends!

Store is clean, associates friendly, and they love my dogs! My sister took the dog training with her pup and loved it.

I just want to start off by saying that I am pretty disappointed in the staff and owner. We have been bringing him here since August of 2022. I know he was first in the Toy box room and has transitioned to the Gym room now. It seems like he started doing this when he was placed in the bigger room with the bigger dogs. But honestly, I don't know because no one communicated to me that he was doing this. We started to notice it when we picked him up and his feet were wet. Everyone at the front desk just acted like it was no big deal. So fast forward to March of 2023 and I sent an email to you all about why Oakley was being put in "timeout." Well turns out that the digging/playing in the water bowl is still happening and is getting worse. So you all ask about instating your three step process and I give you permission to do so. "We can also instate our three step process, where after the first incident we have them sit at our feet for 30 seconds, then after the second incident we walk them on a slip lead , and if it happens again THEN he would get the crate break." I have watched/recorded the webcams and the three step process is not a thing. All of the canine coaches are just done with my dog and he gets put in the crate immediately. Also, can someone explain to me why some of these canine coaches walk around the room with two metal bowls and bang them together? Or run a metal bowl across the top of the crate? I don't understand that and it doesn't seem like something a lot of dogs would like. So here we are today May 10, 2023 and I get a text message that "Oakley is taking an extended break right now" and "It seems like a game to him and we have used all the corrections & redirections that we are able to in this environment." I was told to call and basically was told that myself and Oakley should look elsewhere. So that is what we will do. I understand the annoyance of him digging/playing in the water bowl, but I don't see any real problem with it. He is a one year old puppy. We did 2 weeks of training at this facility and 8 weeks to prepare for his Canine Good Citizen and Canine Good Citizen Advance test, which he passed. Kit and Alex the trainers are awesome. He is not a bad dog. He just loves water! The bottom line is all of the canine coaches got tired of my dog. He was punished by being put in the crate any where between 10-40 minutes all because he was digging/playing in the water bowl. We were paying to have our dog socialized and he was not. If we wanted him to be in a crate all day, then we would have just kept him at home. It's just a shame that there was a lack of communication and broken promises. I wish the owner would have responded to my email, but here I am posting a Google Review that I am sure he will respond too. I hope you are able to find staff members that truly are dog people and care for them as if they were their own. I attached photos of bowls being banged together and Oakley always in the crate. P.S. We have already found a new place and they have little pools for him to play in! - Courtney & Mike Frazzetta
