Tucked within a business park off major cross streets, it wasn't too hard to find and I avoided lines at those franchise shops (I was next up when I arrived). I spoke with the owner Houa, who's a friendly guy with very reasonable rates and says he's been in business for about 10 months. I know many people are leery of smog check shops (I'm one of them) because they've been taken in the past. Houa's shop is Test Only so there is no incentive for him to play those games. Brought my car here to get a smog, my car failed because I had to reset the computer due to having a check engine light on for sensor I replaced. Houa told me I had to drive it for a certain distance and MPH to reset the computer Once I did that I brought it back to him and he only charge me 10 more dollars and I got my certificate.
