To start this review, one word comes to mind, AMAZING!!! 1000000/10 I cannot thank Vrej enough for his exceptional professionalism and outstanding service. I brought my truck to him based on a strong recommendation from a close friend, who spoke highly of Vrej and his family-owned shop. Right from the start, I knew I was in good hands. Upon arrival, Vrej immediately paused what he was doing, and along with three other mechanics, thoroughly examined my truck and provided a clear diagnosis. He reviewed the pricing with me, and given all the work needed, it was more than fair. I left my truck at the shop, and two days later, it was ready. Vrej explained that I needed a new battery, as mine only had 40% life remaining. I went to AutoZone to get a replacement, and while the staff there were friendly and installed the new battery, the installation wasn't done properly, and the idle wasn't reset. When I tried to leave, the truck kept stalling, and I couldn't drive it. I called Vrej, and to my surprise, he offered to come to AutoZone after his workday to help. I was genuinely amazed! After finishing his day, Vrej drove to meet me, ran diagnostics on my truck, identified the problem, and then told me he wanted to drive my truck back to his shop to fix it. He had me follow him in his car to ensure I wouldn't be stranded. The level of care, thoughtfulness, and customer service Vrej provided was truly exceptional. Brought my Jeep in to have rodent damaged wiring repaired. The vehicle was throwing multiple check engine codes. I called several places before I found a place that would do the repair. I felt the mechanic/front person listened to my concerns, he gave me quotes for the repairs, which I thought were fair and good value. He also gave me a time of which he would call to discus what he found. He called promptly at the appointed time and went over what he found, got approval from me and gave me a time to pick up my car, which it was all done. AUTO REPAIR SPECIALIST. Heroes who came to my rescue! This is not a review about something basic like what a great job they did with an oil change, or what nice and friendly service they gave (which they did). This is a review about how they solved a possibly catastrophic problem that was getting close to causing me real nightmares. See, I needed to get smogged but my check engine light was on and I had a "Code P 0456", a "VERY SMALL emission leak." I looked into this problem and found, basically, that unless you get really lucky it just might take a miracle to fix it, if it could be fixed it at all. This was devastating because this car was the basis of my driving plans for the next number of years and if I couldn't get it fixed I was extremely worried I wouldn't be able to smog the car, which to me would be cataclysmic (extremely bad). From what I read if it was a gigantic leak it would be easy to locate and fix, but a teeny tiny one that maybe couldn't even be found? Good luck with that. I found myself in what seemed to be the ultimate California Smog Check nightmare...a car which, according to tests emitted WAY under the allowable limits (in other words, smogwise, a super clean car), but...gasp! It had the evil "check engine light" on. Which must, to the state of California, make your car every bit as guilty as the most polluting car in the state because the punishment is exactly the same: it cant get smogged and go on the road! This was another great example of me getting punished for what other people are voting for, and I'm sure another reason why people are leaving this state in droves! So I looked here on Yelp and found the MIGHTY and INCREDIBLE Auto Repair Specialist who somehow located the problem and fixed it, a problem that, after doing some research, seemed to me to be one of the most serious things that could keep your car from being smogged. So glad to have found this shop! My family came here twice (2 car family) and both times, we received great care. From start to finish, phone call to picking up our car from the shop, they remained approachable, professional, and honest. I don't know much about cars so I'm always worried someone will try to upsell me or take advantage of my lack of knowledge but the owner was straightforward with his explanation and his price was reasonable and fair. It felt genuine when they told me to call or comeback if I had any concerns or issues after they serviced my car which I appreciated because finding businesses that care are a bit more rare nowadays. I got the feeling that they really love what they do and take pride in their work and reputation. Had to get smog cert and had a coupon for ac maintenance along with coupon for smog. Vrej (owners name) not only accepted both coupons but ended up replacing the ac plugs and adding additional Freon for a reasonable up charge! A bit tricky to find because the sign for the street was missing (under repair). But once you get on right street take it to the end and make a left at the end of cul de sac. I've had work done at this family owned shop several times but this is time there is no excuse for me not writing a review given I was very impressed. My 1993 Toyota Celica GT once again had trouble passing smog. Since 2 years prior the EGR valve had been cleaned I didn't want to have work done in that area of my engine. Papa Postoyan said the other place to look would be the catalytic converter so upon having it removed the insides were significantly eaten up by the heat. I had a new one put on and then my Celica passed with flying colors. Nitric oxides dropped by over 100 points! So the car ended up passing with flying colors. This shop knows what they are doing, other mechanics wanted me to rebuild my engine. I trust these guys and you should too! read more

They are very honest when it comes to what needs to be replaced and what doesn't. These people did a really great job on doing a smog on my car. I arrived in the morning with only about an hour to spare of my schedule and they had me in and out in about 15. The prices are definitely reasonable. I had no idea they were here, but I'm definitely coming back if I ever have any issues with my car. Also the place is localized to about the outskirt of town, so it's normal to be slightly skeptical, but once you're there the place is actually ran pretty well.
