Lindsay is a fantastic instructor. I can't say enough good things about her and the other instructors that work at the studio. My mom got me into taking classes with her about 4 years ago when she was teaching an outdoor TRX class at a park in Issaquah. I have never been a big gym-goer or group training person. I like getting my exercise in outdoors: soccer, trail-running, hiking, swimming...but Lindsay's classes won me over and I'm pretty stubborn. I have never gotten bored with the exercises, she has always mixed up the classes and tried out new techniques and patterns based on the groups and days. I've never felt like I have plateaued in her classes because as she says, it's all about how hard you want to make it. As you get stronger, you can make the exercises more difficult. The other wonderful thing is how helpful she is with modifying exercises and poses if you need it whether you need to make something easier so you can execute it correctly or if you have an injury. She is extremely knowledgeable and always up for trying new things and working with her students as well as opening up new classes. The classes are super fun but always an awesome workout and there is always warm-up & cool-down stretching. I have been an avid TRXer but have also attended many of her TRX/Yoga Fusion classes as well as Flow Yoga. They are all fabulous. I can't say enough good things about Lindsay & her studio. The studio is brand new, super clean, bright and open- it's a great space. Carley's Restorative Yin Yoga class is great as well. Wonderful format and she is a terrific instructor. Being an "older" adult who cares about his physical health and devotes time and effort to it, I realized last fall that despite all the strength training I did, my flexibility was going downhill, and I needed to do something about that. Something about having trouble bending over and lifting your leg at the same time to put on socks can do that to a person! I decided yoga was the answer. I looked around for a yoga studio, and of all the places I contacted, Lindsay Lambert at One Mind Yoga/Paddling Yogini in Issaquah showed the best understanding of what I was seeking. Lindsey took the time in a one-on-one conversation to discuss my goals and recommend specific classes that could support them. I tried a class at one of the big studios, and then I tried One Mind Yoga. The difference was amazing! No big studio for me! I have now been doing classes at One Mind for eight months, and I love how Lindsay explains so much detail throughout the class about exactly how each exercise impacts the body, which muscles are being challenged or stretched, what are good modifications, etc. As someone who is very conscious about how physical activity impacts my body, I truly appreciate Lindsay's ongoing explanations. I tried a stand up paddle board class with the owner of One Mind Yoga this weekend. She also owns a mobile business (Paddling Yogini LLC). I have never paddled before this was my first time. Lindsay made me feel so comfortable on and off the water. I learned so much! We started on land, until we had all the basics of SUP down, then when I got on one of her VERY stable paddle boards, it was so much easier than I thought it would be. Probably because she uses really good quality boards and is also a great instructor. I was so worried about falling in before arriving for class, but she kept me on my board and I am so thankful this was my first experience. Thank you Lindsay! I can't wait for paddle board yoga next week. I also plan to take studio classes soon. She teaches TRX and yoga that's NOT hot (which I hate hot yoga). I know any class she offers will be awesome, because she is very knowledgeable and takes care of you. All the other students in class were friendly too! One Mind Yoga is a sweet little studio on the main drag of a cute town at the foothills of the Cascade Mountains. The space is welcoming and warm. I went to my first free trial class thinking it was yoga TRX but in fact it was a TRX fitness class. I was hooked because Lindsay not only focused on a strong workout, she is big on working with aligned posture. Her outdoor TrX classes are a nice change when the weather changes. I eventually made it to TRX yoga class and like it even more. If you're a yogi like I am and want to try something new this is it. You'll get more core strength and probably build a stronger inversion practice. Lindsey is very well educated in anatomy and teaches a quality class. I am picky about which instructors I go to and Lindsey hits the mark. One mind has very good customer service. I can't tell you how many class passes I've paid for at other studio's and had them expire. Not here. Your pre paid classes are good until you use them. I recommend you give One Mind Yoga a try. read more

Love the location located just off front street In issaquah. Very friendly people and the owner/ instructor Lindsay is so amazing. She is hands on and meets u where ever your fitness level is. She gives modifications for thoes who are very advanced and thoes that are new. There are 2 sides one where she does Trx and the high intensity workouts and the other where the calm and refreshing yoga. Both sides are immaculately clean and comfortable also there is a huge door that she open when it's warm for fresh air. With the whole covid-19 going on having to wear a mask while working out I thought was going to be a huge problem. The the way Lindsay has set it up you don't have to worry about feeling uncomfortable or smothered. There is plenty of your space to get a great work out and not feel like invading anyone's personal space. You won't be disappointed. Can I give 10 stars? I've worked out with Lindsay for almost a year in all three of her class formats: TRX, TRX Yoga Fusion and Yoga. Her classes are easily my favorite part of any day. Lindsay melds together a beautiful amount of education, inspiration, and motivation during every class, all while keeping them new and exciting. Her understanding of anatomy and physiology make it so that I never leave a class without learning something new, and feeling really good. Lindsay takes time with each of her students, makes them feel important and helps them progress along their journey, offering support and counsel as needed. The atmosphere she's created at her studio is unlike any other studio I've been to. Lindsay's an awesome entrepreneur, community member, and physical advocate. This studio has been my saving grace during Covid. My daughter recommended I give it a try after she has been going to classes for about two years and I am so happy I listened to her advice because this studio is amazing. The owner has taken painstaking precautions to keep her studio clean so that her students are comfortable and most importantly safe, I never worry for my health when I'm there! She even started doing live stream classes and when I couldn't make it I streamed class and it was like I was right there! This is my number once choice of studio and I cannot wait to buy my paddle board so that my daughter and I can spend some quality time together out on the water! read more

I have been taking classes with Lindsay for over 5 years and she is an amazing instructor. She offers both indoor and outdoor classes in Yoga, TRX, TRX Yoga Fusion, SUP Paddle Fitness, and SUP Yoga. I have tried them all and they don't disappoint. Lindsay runs a very challenging class with hands on individual instruction and if needed always has options for making exercise more or less challenging depending on the needs of the student. She is the most knowledgeable instructor I have come across in all of my years of fitness instruction. I really can't say enough about the variety of classes Lindsay provides and I've tried all of them. She guides the yoga classes with such clear instructions and always offers poses and moves to suit yogis of all levels. Her TRX classes are a great, challenging workout. Her anatomy and physiology knowledge is incredible and she keeps a good eye on everyone's posture. I have also taken classes with her on the water. She teaches PaddleFit and PaddleFlow which are fitness and yoga classes on stand up paddle boards. They are a crazy fun challenge and I'm now hooked on SUP thanks to her. This studio and its owner have helped my daughter and I get our minds and bodies into better shape and we feel lucky to have found this studio. We have both taken all of her classes on land and water and I honestly could not recommend her yoga and Stand Up Paddle classes more. I was so nervous to get out on the water with the rest of the experienced students and she was so amazing she hung back with me and walked me through everything step by step and paddled along side of me and walked me through everything. I classes here are fantastic. I have taken yoga TRX fusion, TRX HIIT, Yin and Paddle board classes. The instructor and owner, Lindsay is very good about educating her students and giving modification suggestions. I always get a great workout. If you don't immediately see parking, try around the back of the building, as I always find a spot there. I love the location too, right in downtown Issaquah, so I go to class while my kids do activities at their school or at Village Theatre down the street. Very convenient! read more

Lindsay and Carley at One Mind Yoga are both excellent instructors and have a variety of classes to fill everyone's needs! I love the fact that I can take high intensity TRX classes one day and Restorative Yin Yoga on another. They are both great at teaching to a student's abilities, always make sure everyone is doing it correctly and can modify any posture for injuries or issues.
