I took 7 lessons with Jeffrey over 2 weeks. I had not played tennis since I was a child. Jeffrey began with the fundamentals of properly holding the racquet and the motion of the swing so that the physics of my every action would result in the intended effect on the tennis ball. We started with forehand groundstrokes, then backhand ground strokes, then forehand and backhand volleys, moving around the court, and finally serving. Jeffrey was very attentive in correcting how I held the racquet, the motion of my arm, and the resulting swing of the racquet. After 2 weeks, I felt confident and ready to play matches. read more
