Matt was so helpful, unfortunately due to a missing piece he wasn't able to put the strings on, but he cleaned it up ( it looks GREAT!) and took the time to explain to me what he had done and next steps needed to get the guitar ready for the strings to be put on. I really appreciate the time he took to help me, especially as I know very little about guitars. I ended up buying a new guitar and I look forward to doing more business with this store in the future.

I purchased $150 in gift cards for Christmas gifts. Unfortunately, the gift cards were misplaced…read morebut luckily (or so I thought) I had saved all the receipts for my purchase. I hoped that with all my paperwork, the cards could be voided and reissued. NOPE. I was informed by the manager, Ralph, that their system cannot handle that transaction and that I was SOL for $150. I was not happy but suggested he mention to Corporate that they need to review this policy to help the customer. I NEVER raised my voice. Never used profanity. Never made any threats but Ralph felt it necessary to ask me to never return to their store. Odd way to handle a customer's complaint. But no worries. I won't be back....ever!!

So far, all the staff have been nothing, but friendly and helpful. Staff member, Sergio was very friendly, patient, and helpful. He assisted me on this big purchase for my son. Lots of parking and located across the Post Oak Mall.
