They clearly told that they do not do songs as such but after hearing to their samples of ads done, I wanted to go ahead and record there 2. Nice office setup :) 3. Super effective- in one hour, I recorded and got the mix/mastered version to satisfaction The hourly charge is higher than others but I've spent more money at other places as they take more time or have like 2 hrs minimum studio time. I frequent Don Ramon's next door and decided to bite the bullet and call. I'm 27 so a little self conscious about never having a music lesson. The lessons are catered to what you as the student wants to do and learn. It's also nice it's a collaborative effort between me and Keeton. He can play multiple instruments, and is a very outgoing, likable person. He also has interesting tid bits about music (theory) which I didn't know I was even doing. He makes it easy to put yourself out there trying to make music (which is obviously very personal and intimidating). I highly recommend and can't be more happy with this experience. During the Black Friday sale, the whole drum set was $300 instead $400. This place has tons of parts and instruments that you're looking for. So far, all the staff have been nothing, but friendly and helpful. Staff member, Sergio was very friendly, patient, and helpful. He assisted me on this big purchase for my son. Lots of parking and located across the Post Oak Mall.

I purchased $150 in gift cards for Christmas gifts. Unfortunately, the gift cards were misplaced…read morebut luckily (or so I thought) I had saved all the receipts for my purchase. I hoped that with all my paperwork, the cards could be voided and reissued. NOPE. I was informed by the manager, Ralph, that their system cannot handle that transaction and that I was SOL for $150. I was not happy but suggested he mention to Corporate that they need to review this policy to help the customer. I NEVER raised my voice. Never used profanity. Never made any threats but Ralph felt it necessary to ask me to never return to their store. Odd way to handle a customer's complaint. But no worries. I won't be back....ever!!
