Miranda at One Nevada Credit Union, Decatur and 215 branch was just wonderful. I had an issue with Navy Federal Credit Union in the same location. NFCU double dipped into my account which sent the balance into the negative. When I brought this to NFCU attention they didn't fix the error. So I went to One Nevada and told them what happened. Miranda not only fixed the problem but she did it within 30 minutes. NFCU said IF they could fix the problem my money would be returned within 7 to 12 business days!! I told them you took it in one day now return it in that same amount of time. Thank God for Miranda she got my money back and waived those overdraft fees, which was also caused by Navy Federal!! read more

Holding my SS check 5 days, bill payer lost my house payment mailing it to wrong address, one atm machine for all customers, no cash at bank unless you use machine, 5.00 lost card fee, 5.00 to have an account there, 2.50 if you want a paper statement, no interest paid on checking account. Just say no to this horrible place. They love to ding you on fees. read more

One word for you... EASY. Of course it will depend on your credit, but let me tell you I've literally had more auto loans than I can remember and this was one of the easiest and fastest loan process I've experienced. Bottom line, it was a straightforward process, everything clear and transparent, good finance rate and the representative was beyond knowledgeable, professional and FRIENDLY. Which representative? They were all helpful and pleasant, but Donna E. took care of me and all I can say is, this she beat my other local bank hands down. I been a member for almost 2 years and enjoy the service and the easy to use APP. I have seen the a remodeling transformation over the past year. In early April I walked in and it felt very inviting. When you walk in to the left there is a Fishbowl like area where the ATM is located and next to it a waiting/sitting area. There is a digital podium where you can quickly sign in and wait to be called to be assisted, its very easy and seamless. The APP is easy to use and the best part is that I don't have to call or head over to the branch if i need to change my pin number on my card, since it can be done on the APP. The staff is very nice, friendly and there loads of parking. The ATM is located inside the bank and it is available 24/7, just use your ATM Card to gain access after business hours. It feels very secure. I did notice the surrounding where a bit dusty, and the hand sanitation stand was dirty and the bottom of the that stand has seen better days. This can easily be fixed, so no need to lower the star rating, ha ha ha. read more

Walked into One Nevada on Flamingo in the Smith's Plaza for the first time a few weeks ago and was immediately greeted by Donna E. She ended up being the rep who helped me and my wife through the whole process of becoming part of the One Nevada family. She was, precise, direct, and quick with her timing and was able to get me and my wife approved for a refinance on not one, but two auto loans with a much lower payment. Had a car loan with them, their app is the worst I've ever used. There's no way to directly pay off your car loan! You have to open a savings account and then "deposit" that money into the loan. It's absolutely mad how a banking company can have such a backwards electronic infrastructure. This along with a $2.50 paper fee option that you must turn off, hidden in the depths of their app, and a $5.00 cashier's check fee to close your account make this bank the worst I've ever dealt with. Absolute horrible service, we came here to use 24hr ATM. It was closing time for the branch but 2 women were still there 1 of them (claimed to be the manager) My husbands card got stuck in the ATM & when we just asked for help just simple as a what can we do she was rude, aggressive & completely unhelpful thankfully we are members for a CO-branch & not here. We had to call customer service just to find out the machine would have automatically shredded our card if it had gotten stuck. We understand that's not in the control of the branch but the mistreatment was unacceptable. read more

I hate this bank with every fiber of my being!! They will charge you $35 for being $.16 cents short!! They let charges go through even if you don't have the cash in your account and then charge you outrageous fees, instead of doing what every other bank ever would do, deny the charge!! then when you ask to close the account they tell you you have to go to a physical location, even if you don't live in Nevada anymore. Their mobile app is outdated, and they refuse to link themselves with any of the other online banking institutions or allow you to transfer money bank to bank with out having to jump through hoops and setting up 3rd party apps like google pay first. I've banked with them since 2017 and the past few years have just been awful! I do not reccommend them to anyone anymore. I switched over to one finance and have had a way better experience. Everytime me & my boyfriend go in this particular branch, the FEMALE workers are always acting snobby, and always have an attitude. If you don't like your work as a CSR, or whatever then find something to do with those stank attitudes! Not to mention, they need to do some new hiring or something cause these females & they attitudes in the work place IS NOT IT. Its like somebody shitted in they coffee!!
