The office is located in one of the many medical buildings on Northfield Ave. It's on the side of the Vizcaya. There is ample parking, but the office also offers valet. While the office is nice and in a…read moreconvenient location, and Dr. Barr is knowledgeable about his medical discipline, it was very disappointing to find out late in the game that he is not in the practice of filling out State forms (e.g. State of NJ temporary disability application). I tried to contact the office on behalf of my boyfriend who was getting treatment from him. He called a few times and didn't get a call back, so I emailed the office and got a terse message in response. The message said that the doctor generally doesn't fill out these forms. As an alternative, the office faxed a copy of his MRI results and a note to the State. However, had we known he wouldn't fill out the *required* form for the application, we would not have seen him in the first place. So that's why I felt I needed to update this review. If you have had a chronic condition to the extent where you may need to apply for disability, know that the office will not complete the State forms for you. In retrospect (and this is on us), I wish we had not just gone to see him based on the referral from my boyfriend's orthopedic doctor. Instead, we should have researched and found a different specialist. We ended up finding another doctor in West Orange who filled out the form and was more supportive.
