One Orange Centre has been on my list for a visit for a few years, and this weekend I was finally able to drive 4 hours to spend 2 nights Friday-Sunday. This is a woman-owned and operated historical Frank Lloyd Wright property with a very unique mid-century modern guest wing. I LOVE IT HERE!! The property itself is amazing and expansive with a guest lounge and adjoining guest deck area. The food is Freshly prepared and to be more social (since I always travel alone), I walked down to the nearby Luxembourg restaurant and then to Beer in the Barn, the oldest barn in Iowa. The views from One Orange Centre are spectacular. This is a perfect getaway to unwind, relax and rejuvenate. read more
