Because of that, those parts of the massage became uncomfortable instead of relaxing. If you enjoy very deep-tissue massages, you may really like this place. Just be aware that if you prefer lighter pressure, communication may be difficult if there's a language barrier. Overall, I think they work hard and offer great value for the price, but I wish the pressure could have been adjusted when I asked.

In the free weight area they had dumbbells, barbells, squat/power rack with pull-up bar, a smith machine, and an array of benches. No bumper plates or lifting platform, but plenty of room to move around. There was also an adequately sized area for stretching, which I used for crossfit-style kettlebell and bodyweight workouts. It was pretty quiet but everyone I met was cheerful and friendly. The daily and weekly rates were very affordable. Quite a find, and I look forward to coming back next year!
