After hitting debris on the freeway that caused serious damage to my windshield, moonroof, and the underside of my car, I was pretty stressed and unsure what to do next. I found them on Yelp and they were incredibly helpful right from the start. I was able to drop my car off that same afternoon, which made a big difference. The repairs were fairly extensive and took a few days, but the team was very prompt, communicative, and professional throughout the entire process. They helped me get a rental car using their discounted rate, which was a huge help, and they were extremely thorough in making sure my vehicle was restored to its original condition. Highly recommended One Stop Auto! Right after we moved our son to LA for college, his car broke down. It was a weekend and we had no idea where to have it towed. We found One Stop Auto via a google search and they were willing to come in on a Sunday (normally closed) to receive the car. Once repaired (alternator, etc), the car died again so we had it towed back. One Stop Auto kept the car for a couple days to troubleshoot and find out what was draining the battery. They figured out the problem (free of charge) and now the car is running like new. It was very stressful being so far away while our son dealt with car problems but we were very reassured by frequent communication with the staff at One Stop Auto. They proved to be trustworthy, honest and patient with our needs. This will now be our regular auto shop. Five stars!! read more

I needed A/C service done to my f150 work truck I found this shop on yelp with good reviews so I felt good about calling to schedule an appt. The owner Avo answered and told me to bring it in same day( I was really impressed no appt was needed). I came in to the shop and Avo greeted me with a hand shake and smile and asked to open up the hood. Right away he noticed the ac condenser was leaking. He diagnosed the problem right away and said he can get the part delivered within an hour but unfortunately I had to go to work that day so I would bring the car back. Two nights have passed and I noticed the radiator was leaking and couldn't drive my truck to work because I was afraid of it messing up my engine. So I took my truck the next morning for him to diagnose the problem and sure enough my radiator was cracked and needed a new one. He went ahead and ordered it and let me know it was going to take them 4-5 hours to replace my ac condenser and radiator. I was fine with that and they even gave me a ride home. I'm happy to say they are professional, efficient and trustworthy. Very personable and reasonable aswell when it comes to the Great job guys! I will def count them as my go to local mechanic from now on. read more

My Dodge Charger ran over a cone and messed up the condenser. The A/C wasn't working and I brought it to One Stop. They put in an air conditioner that was so cool that it could be a meat locker if you want it to be. They are professional, fast service and take good care of my car. There was a problem I notice with the bumper when they put it together but quickly fixed it without hesitation. I highly recommend this place. Great prices and they know what they're doing. I had to bring in a brand new 23 Nissan Frontier that had gotten a rat infestation out of nowhere and they just went above and beyond to get the thing back to complete normal, it's literally like NOTHING EVER HAPPENED to my truck. i'm sure if this place has any bad reviews it bottom line has to be people that just don't understand cars. The crew here at one stop auto really treat you like family. In an industry with a reputation for scams it's so refreshing to have a place you can take your car and trust you are getting a competitive price and a high quality of service. It's a bit of a hike from where I live but this is the only place I'll go from here on out. Avo and his brother (who run the place) are just great guys. I love this place! My A/C stopped working in my car today. I first went to Pep Boys in North Hollywood around 4:15pm and they told me their technicians leave at 5pm and it was going to take at least an hour to run a diagnostic first which they were going to have to charge me for, but they wouldn't be able to service my car. I told them I only needed a recharge for my A/C but they couldn't (or wouldn't) help me. I called around to different places but everyone kept telling me sorry, come back another day...make an appointment...etc. then I called One Stop and not only were they super friendly, they were able to recharge my A/C immediately. They told me it would only take 15 min and it actually only took 10 min. They were amazing! I will definitely be coming here instead of Pep Boys from now on. Great job you guys! read more

And I am really proud to say I got my truck fixed here. Good service, friendly people, and good prices. I would avoid this place if you can. I would comment on their ability to fix my car if I would have even gotten that far. Unfortunately the owner was out of the shop and the staff on hand could not even manage to take my information and allow me to drop off my car to have them start looking at it. This is even though the owner told me to do that exact thing on the phone. So if the owner is not able to hire staff that can do the basic customer service things, why would I trust them to fix my car. read more

The guys at One Stop Automotive Repair & Air Conditioning serviced the AC on my elderly car & did a great job - and didn't try to get me to replace my old compressor. After injecting the system with freon, they also lubricated the compressor, and got my system blowing colder than it has for years. If they'd been dishonest, they could have tried to get me to replace the compressor to the tune of $500 & since my car is 22 years old, I would'nt have been surprised if they'd claimed this was absolutely necessary -- although in fact, I couldn't have afforded this. But since they're good guys, they said that although the compressor is old, it's still OK & they could get to function even better by lubricating it. This did the trick. One Stop got my AC system going again for only $120 - and said that the compressor will probably last another few years, as long as I service it every year. I left satisfied - and nice & cool. read more
