I arrived @ Mavis; - The facility was clean, organized and easy to maneuver around. I was very impressed at how clean and comfortable the waiting room was. There was virtually not wait; Gentleman took my care and I was able to view through the glass a group of mechanics personally and carefully assessing the integrity of my tires. Workers worked carefully, safely and efficiently. Turned out, I was OK - I was "Taken Care of" by Boyd and Robert - They were extremely honest, compassionate and kind and would not take a Nickle or a Dime from me. Boyd & Robert reassured me, send me on my way and explained an appropriate course of action - in the even the issue returned. I was truly amazed at how carefully and extensively they examined my tires. This is why I trust Mavis and will likely return again - when the time comes for me to replace my tires.
