We trust them more than any other place in town because they are always telling us exactly what we need, to the point, and charge us reasonably for quality service. We have only ever had two problems here in the years that we have been customers, we are satisfied with how they handled them. As much as we drive, it feels like we need new oil or tires every other month, so we are glad for a place that we can trust and their quick service. So we highly recommend White Tire Center, especially if you put a lot of millage on your vehicle.

We travelled to NC for a family wedding and halfway from FL we noticed the car making bad…read morenoise...and suspected brake issues. Got up early the next morning and came to Mavis Tires & Brakes and they have been amazing to work with. They got the car in right away and let me know what was going on. It was a pretty heavy workload needed to get it fixed but they explained everything and worked with me to ensure I could get it all done and with affordable rates - and to get the work done before the wedding this afternoon! And, because it took a little longer than they anticipated, they included in me their pizza lunch (much appreciated). I sat in the main room talking with Sheila and Tamir and some other staff (so nice) and watched them deliver amazing service to everyone that came in, and in another instance, seemed like they went above and beyond for one guy too to make sure he got the tires he needed. Being from out of town, faced with a stressful car repair situation- I'm so glad I brought the car to the folks at Mavis! Lifesavers! 10/10, I highly recommend any locals or out of towners come here. Update: a friend wanted the vehicle to see if he could get it running in his spare time. A few…read moremonths later, he told me that I wouldn't believe what he found. He stated that he found three of the fuel injectors that weren't reconnected when Central Automotive was messing with the vehicle.. Once he reconnected the fuel injectors, the vehicle ran fine. So, basically we were out of vehicle due to the incompetence of this facility. If Tom, at Central Automotive, would have just checked his work, they should have found that and I would still have the vehicle today. Instead, I had to purchase another vehicle, which I did not want to do at the time. Update 2: Spoke with Tom today and his excuse for his lies about the vehicle not having oil in it was that he misspoke because according to the record he has it did have oil in it. His excuse for not reconnecting the 3 fuel injectors was because "we are human and humans make mistakes". But, honest, ethical humans would check their work to make sure they had not made a mistake when asked to do so. Which he would not. And, they would not suggest that I trade a vehicle that they knew had issues. He asked what I wanted from him. I said to sincerely apologize and consider at least a partial refund. He said that he fixed my vehicle (he made it worse) and I already gave him a bad review. So that was not an option. Very dishonest, unethical person!!!!

After 1 hour and 30 mins I was finally out of there, props to the technician with the blonde hair who worked on my car, she was precise with her work but however the service advisor didn't even try to sell me any work or let me know what I needed with my car.
