I did not have an appointment, and they were very busy, but Chad told me he would do his best to get it looked at that day. Long story short I got a call late that afternoon. After they had checked out my truck suspension they noticed the tires were far out of round. I put the tires on just 10,000 miles ago and I never even thought to check that out. While I'm on my way to Dallas Texas ( I am from Beaumont California) I heard a funny noise so I pulled into the shop here and the mechanic knew right away I had a bad wheel bearing. We are from Sacramento, CA and on our way to Maryland. 12 hours into our trip we had a mishap with our 2006 Ford F-350 dually. We exited off Exit 48 off I-40 in Kingman to stop at the Chevron for fuel. I observed some fluid leaking from the rear end and panicked immediately. I needed to be in Maryland by Friday morning. Right next door to the Chevron is One Stop Automotive, Martin was more then accommodating, he got us right in and found that it was a simple fix. The silicone around the rear cover had come off in a spot. He got it fixed for us and got us back on the road in less than 2 hours. Two things to keep in mind, he has a shop full of cars and saw the severity of the situation and squeezed me in. Second, he could have told me anything or charged me anything and I would have paid it! Martin is a good and honest gentleman and that's pretty darn hard to find in this day and age. On your way into Kingman Arizona you should burn out your transmission (in the middle of the night) so you can meet Kevin and Marty. They are terrific. You will be so glad you were able to treat yourself. Now you might be concerned that you don't know who to trust in Kingman, don't worry! My Aunt Betty has taken her truck to them for years. If you happen to be trailering your Harley? They will take really good care of it while you wait for the transmission to come in and get installed. Marty and/or Kevin will answer the phone and be patient even when you are feeling less than grateful for the opportunity to get a super expensive service and when you feel frustrated about the logistics of having a car repaired so far from home. read more

BUYER BE WARE Had a new air conditioner installed in our truck. Was double charged for a part. Started having trouble BEFORE the warranty was up. Another mechanic told us what was wrong...One Stop Auto said they couldn't find anything wrong. Then it went out just days after. No way will we return to them or reccomend them!!! read more

Thank you soooo much! They did a great job after my truck broke down on I40. we were towed in and my truck wasn't even there 12 hours and they replaced the radiator, upper and lower hoses, thermostat, and heater hoses. I am absolutely impressed with the mechanics and the quality of their work..... Thanks again! ::UPDATE:: We had to stop 664 miles later because the fitting for the transmission fluid cooler line thats attached to the radiator leaked over 5 quarts of fluid all over the side and undercarriage of my blazer. I could have blown up my transmission and been stranded with my autistic son, husband, and pets in the vehicle. Need to be a little more thorough in the last inspection. read more

To whom it may concern: Took my car to shop for oil leaking from engine. 1st time almost $700.00, took home next morning oil on floor of garage, called shop he said to bring back, did so ,second time, they called said vehicle ready and fixed, next morning oil on garage floor from engine,another $211.00, called again they said to bring back, did so , called said cause of leak rear main seal, cost to fix $ 12-1500.00. I told them no way and picked up car. Bottom line would refer this shop to anyone, terrible work charge $approx $900.00 and fixed nothing ,still have oil leak same as before. Also charged me $ 51.00 for shop supplies, when I ask what supplies, can of degreaser and tools took for repair. Going to BBB and small claims try to retrieve some of my money. Paid to fix oil leak and was charged but still same leak. IU work as line mechanic in dealership for over 15 years, if this had of happen to me , I would of had to repair over and no charge to customer. In my opinion this shop is a rip off !!!!!!!! My car had engine oil leak,took to shop to repair, got back with $650.00 bill. Next morning oil leak on floor of garage, called shop said to bring back,I took back and they called said fixed, picked up ,the next morning same thing, oil leaking on garage floor, called shop said to bring back. They checked again, this time 1500.00 to repair, supposedly rear main seal on engine. I told them no and picked up car. I"m filing small claims and calling bbb, to try and get something back that I paid. So bottom line pd approx &900.00 for engine oil leak and still have it. The biggest fear one has on a cross country road trip is breaking down along the way and more importantly being at the mercy of a shady mechanic looking to take you for every dollar. Thankfully, the wonderful people at One Stop Automotive are not that stereotype. En route to Michigan our Jeep broke down off of I-40. I'm sure it was divine intervention that had us stopped at the Shell station next to the shop. Additionally, One Stop Auto is AAA approved. The next morning they took a look and discovered what was a minor oil leak and had me fixed up and on our way within an hour. God Bless them and the work they do. Also heard good words from the regular customers in the waiting area. Hope I never break down again in Kingman, but at least I know where to go, and so should you. read more

My husband and I, newlyweds of less than three weeks, were moving from California to Virginia for school. After thermostat trouble less than 30 minutes into our trip and a few hours at a Pep Boys, we thought we were home free until our car broke down in the middle of Arizona, 45 miles East of Kingman. We were towed back to One Stop Automotive, slightly discouraged. The mechanics at One Stop took care of us better than we could have asked. We even watched them run a test while a friendly employee explained to us how it worked and what they were looking for. Turns out, when the thermostat went out, it blew the head gasket and the mechanic shop in California hadn't tested for it. Marty explained it would take a few days to fix but kept us well updated. They even offered to replace our water pump and timing belt while they were doing the repair. My husband's uncle is a mechanic and we checked with him on pricing and he said everything they did was very reasonable. We felt so well taken care of. They even stayed a little past closing on Friday to finish our car so we didn't have to spend the weekend waiting for our car to be fixed and could be on our way. The oil cooler line on our RV failed and we were towed to One Stop Automotive. They have a fully equipped hydraulic shop and they build a new line and installed it. The employees were very attentive and efficient. Their cost was reasonable and we were back on the road by the afternoon. We live in Las Vegas, a few hours drive from Kingman and I would be ready to return to their shop for any major motor work in the future. read more

These guys are a great group of people. Our car broke down right beside this business on the way back to Tucson from Vegas, and they were able to look at it immediately. Unfortunately, they wanted too much to fix it, so I had it shipped back to Tucson and fixed cheaper. But they were kind enough not to charge us to look at the car and hold it for me until the transport truck could pick it up.
