Both of these items should not have even been on the fucking floor. Why are they selling defective items and only allowing a week to return. People have stuff to do and can't check the items then and there. This was ridiculous don't buy anything that is over 50$ unless you know it's worth it or working. Make sure you're able to return.

They wrap the pallets in clear wrap so you can see everything in them. I got a pallet with HUSKY rolling tool boxes and they all came with the keys; and all parts.
