Wouldn't recommend. Requested a move out clean- which I assumed would include cleaning all items…read morethat would become dirty while living there. They showed later than originally agreed and once completed realized they hadn't cleaned blinds or dusted. When I asked why (as that's usually a primary item when requesting a move out clean) I was told "that would be extra" ok that's fine but after walking thru it, realized perhaps cleaning sinks and dusting in general is also extra? Perhaps wiping down the walls is additional? At this point I couldn't tell you the difference between a regular cleaning with them and a move out clean. I guess I should have realized this was not going to be what I thought I was signing up for as when i tried to pay thru Zelle it got kicked back as potential fraud. So take that for what you will. I'm going to consider this an expensive lesson and go with another company who clearly outlines. Normally after leaving a review- as it's my personal opinion, I move on and hope the company takes my experience into account with future customers. However after being spammed with messages by this company and wrongfully accused of defamation- I'd like to add some additional details. I scheduled my appointment for 10am. On the day of at 8am I was told they wouldn't be there until 11:30. I already placed a hold deposit for services and had other things that needed to be done after their services so I really didn't have a choice but to accept the alternate time slot- that does not change the fact that they did not honor the original agreed upon time. I also was not in town at the time and arranged for someone else to meet them, so this was a major inconvenience for me. After services were rendered they sent PHOTOS of work completed. As you may very well know, photos are not always a good representation of work. I told them I was happy based upon the photos, once I saw it in person it was a different story. I also had two different professional companies walk thru and comment on the lack of cleanliness- so again, not just my opinion however I can only speak to my opinion. In regards to payment. I attempted to pay via Zelle and Cash App. Both applications rejected my request to pay and replied with the same issue. Zelle sent a message "fraud suspected. This request has been flagged as suspicious and may be a scam. If you send money it may not be refunded and transactions cannot be reversed." I pay companies thru cash app, Zelle, Venmo, etc all the time and have never encountered this issue. I notified Natasia as I suspected the issue was on her end. I also sent her a photo of the errors I was getting and notified her that this may impact future clientele. Again- these are my opinions about their service based upon what took place. Hopefully they will consider this feedback as constructive criticism and apply that to their interactions with customers moving forward.

During their work, additional issues arose in areas they handled, and in my experience the amount they initially offered to contribute toward repairs did not come close to covering the actual cost. This led to a lengthy back-and-forth over several months, and in the end my insurance company--not Advanced Restoration--covered the repair expenses related to those issues. I also had several concerns about professionalism while the crew was in my home. Despite multiple requests, some workers did not consistently wear shoe covers. I also heard profanity used inside my home, which made me uncomfortable. On one occasion, I observed two workers smoking in my driveway. These were not behaviors I expected from a company working in a residential environment. Overall, based on my own experience, I personally would not use this company again. I hope they take steps to improve communication, professionalism, and care for clients' homes in the future.

At first, I thought it may have been from the original installation, but Pete came out and explained that the drawer had simply become too heavy and caused the glide to fail. Even though the bathroom was out of warranty, Pete still took the time to help us. He didn't have the part at the time, so I bought it thinking we could fix it ourselves -- we quickly realized we could not! I called Pete again, and he came right by and fixed it for us. When I tried to pay him, he refused. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. It really says a lot about a company that still takes the time to help their customers long after the job is done.
