I couldn't really tell how aisles were organized, however, because I was browsing, it didn't stress me out. We encountered one staff member who "assisted" my sister and it was fine, very transactional, which is fine and again, what you might expect in a big city. Staff at the register were fast and efficient, didn't engage in too much conversation, just supportive of fruit pies I purchased. Expect organic produce, bulk grains and flours, a simple selection of plant-based options, clean health and beauty products, as well as locally made goods too (and if you're from south of Brunswick, you'll probably discover new-to-you midcoast and downeast brands). I picked up a few things when I stopped by, and had the absolute loveliest chat - about the weather and gardening, of course - with the man behind the counter. They offer breakfast sandwiches, pizza slices and burgers to go along with all of the typical fares from a gas station/convenienece store. The only part that I dislike about this place is the price of gas compared to other parts of the state. I know it being in Falmouth makes it tougher because most everything in that sity is super expensive but, you could drive about 5 miles away toward Portland or South Portland and save about 10-15 cents sometimes. Everyone had ordered, paid and was outside waiting and I was still wandering around seeing if I wanted something to go with it (chips-drink-etc) and the woman behind the register rudely tells us to wait outside and they'll bring it to us when it's ready. The roll had been grilled at some point and had a crust but it tasted extremely stale and was kinda hard to bite into as a whole sandwich so I tried eating just the brisket with mayo. Sadly I tossed the bread out and after smelling it the dog picked it up and even he couldn't chew n tear the roll for a bite. For a crew who was hungry and excited we all wound up hungry and Sadly disappointed, especially considering the prices ($11.99 for a brisket sandwich on a burger bun) ($11.99 daily special sub) We won't be going back and we're definitely glad about that.
