This place is awesome! Not a big fan of protein smoothies because of the chalkiness, but I've never had that problem here. The employees have always been super helpful with questions on supplements and flavor combos. The butterfinger and chocolate covered strawberry are our favorites!! read more

I like the shakes. Pretty consistent, even going to the other locations. It would be great if the employees had even a little bit of personality, but I look past that as I just want my shake. If anything I get an kick out of seeing what happens to the jocks and cheerleaders of the world who, when finally getting into the 'real world, find themselves working minimum wage in a dead end job. My fiancé and I were working at the LA Fitness on Greenway and a rep from One Stop Nutrition was passing out $5 off coupons for their store on Bell Road. We looked at the coupon and decided to get one of their shakes because it didn't say anywhere on the coupon about terms and conditions. We got to the store and ordered our shakes and were told, after the person making our shakes clearly saw our coupon, that we had to pay for our shakes and the coupon only covered products. No where on the coupon did it say that and the shake maker was very rude to us and pressured us to buy the shakes she just made for us. We informed her that the person passing out the coupons said it was for anything, but the shake maker was so rude to us and heavily pressured us to buy our shakes that we almost went back to the LA Fitness to confront the person handing out shakes that she's lying. I don't recommend this store at all. Poor customer service, not friendly, and very high pressure sales reps. The shakes were $12 total and didn't taste anything close to what they're worth. EVERYONE READING THIS POST, SPEND YOUR MONEY AT DISCOUNT NUTRITION NEXT TO LA FITNESS. Not only do they have much friendlier staff there, but they don't pressure anyone to buy anything and their coupons they hand out are good for anything in the store. I was happy to learn that they opened a One stop location nearby my house and was stopping at this location regularly for shakes, about 2-4 times per week, however I stopped getting my shakes from this place after receiving attitude from some of the employees. At the beginning I used to receive great customer service and then when they realized I stopped mainly for shakes and not supplements I was started being treated as a second class customer. I experienced this particularly from the short girl with the tattoos, can't remember her name, on my last visits I started receiving attitude from her- to the point that I don't think I will be coming back any time soon. A couple of tips that I would have to whoever manages this store would be to tone it down with the high pressure sales tactics, specially with the SARMs and the in-house brand products. Secondly and more important, treat all customers good. Without them, you will not be in business long. read more

My supervisor at work got me hooked on this palace. I have been coming for like 3-4 week every day on lunch. The meal replacement shakes are so tasty with the ice cream base, cuz i am still a fatty at heart, so satisfying and filling and the price is reasonably fair compared to what you'd spend eating at a drive thru or restaurant. I keep coming back. The staff are nice too. They also a rewards program too. My fav shake is the meal replacement ice cream based pina colada and strawberry. I can comment on how the protein shakes were DISGUSTING and you're much better off ordering your products online such as eBay. Got a chocolate-strawberry protein shake from here and it was NOT good. It's mostly strawberry, and when I asked... the guy said that it was what I ordered. Whoever was working today was not very tentative and spoke two words to me... very strange. I go to One Stop in South Tempe and that location is by far better and their shakes are consistent. Just spend $9 on a shake that is disgusting, I couldn't even drink it and trust me, I tried! It tasted like 90% blended ice and water, and 10% flavoring. I called on Sunday Morning asking about the wellness pills. The girl there was willing to look up what they had and gave me the different options of what I can buy. I asked her to hold it up at the front desk on my way to work, and she did. When I got there, I wondered about some smoothies that I can get to make me feel a little bit better. She was very helpful and gave me all the information that I needed. She made a great smoothie and was very pleasant and friendly. I signed up for the rewards as well which now I will be stopping there on my way to work more often. I typically have shied away from these places as they can seem intimidating to someone like me, not well versed in supplements or health facts. However, I was looking for a smoothie spot and walked in and ended up meeting the manager who recommended that I try a few samples to get my feet wet with their products. Wasn't pushy at all and seemed very knowledgeable on the health benefits and different product ranges. I said I would try samples out and come back in later. I tried the BCAA Cherry Limeade Powder and was HOOKED, I feel 10x more efficient at my workouts with this product. I went into to thank the manager and was greeted by the owner. I told him how great the workout mix was and that I would like more info on other items. He suggested that I build a base of essential products, and not buy all at once, get my base down and gauge whether I like them and then move onto more products. He was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. This was the store at 7th street and Bell. I later went to store on 32nd street and Thunderbird and had similar experience. Great smoothies but terrible customer service. I go there few times a week and both me and my friends noticed this weird trend. If the guys are working the customer service is terrible!!! Especially one big guy with acne, he is downright angry. But we have never had any issues with girls that work there. Usually there are two girls that work together sometimes (one is blonde and the other has dark black hair, both kinda tall). They are both super nice. But these other meatheads that work there will definitely make me go elsewhere simply because of the nonexistent customer service. read more

Everytime we go in there is ZERO friendliness and customer service. I feel rushed and uncomfortable every time. My wife just went in by herself and the employees behind the counter didn't want to be there, were fighting about what seemed to be deep personal issues with each other, and made her rushed and uncomfortable. I guess I should've read the reviews before going there. They already had a 2.5 star. Went there today 08-10-17 at 8:35 am. There were 4 customers in the store and there was only one employee which wasn't fast at all. I waited for 4 minutes and she was still helping the same guy. She didn't acknowledge me at all, didn't say hello or welcome or anything and she didn't even give us any estimated wait time. I had the same experience with the other location which is on 32nd at and greenway and I found out they are owned by same owner. No wonder !! I had a point card that needed one more hole punch to get the free shake. I haven't been to OSN in awhile (since I moved and it was no longer convenient) but when I finally did make it a few weeks ago (found a location close to work), they told me that they switched systems so they would put my card in their loyalty program. I bought a shake that day as well so my next one would be free (or so I thought). I came today and ordered a shake and the cashier said that I am no where near getting a free one. I was shocked and told the cashier my story and all he said was sorry. I mean I had no evidence bc they took my card when "he redeemed them into the loyalty program". But still very upsetting. This will be my last time here bc I will not be loyal to a business that did not honor my loyalty card. It may sound petty but it's the principle factor. read more

I really like the shakes here and sometimes I get my supplements from here but honestly the customer service is soooo horrible I would rather go somewhere else. Every time I have come in here the girls are snotty and not friendly whatsoever. Even the men that work here aren't very nice either. Warning to all if you are a regular you'll notice that they're different employees all of the time. A new face constantly. The owners are questionable people. Also if you compare prices w the 83rd Ave one stop store you'll notice a huge price difference on product in particular the SARMS. There is a huge difference in prices across the board. From what the "employees" mentioned to me the owner pays them cash under the table. Now the question is where do you want to spend your money? I recommend buying supplements at DS nutrition. I was excited to try One Stop Nutrition; but not now. I started off by trying the smoothie which was good. I then tried another supplement that was similar to one that I got at High Health. So far so good; but the next product I bought Black Out for sleeping was a terrible idea. You don't always know how you are going to react to a product right? I tried Black Out 2x and followed the instruction...both times had a terrible reaction. I took the product back today and was told since it was opened they could not take it back or even consider giving me a refund or store credit. This is the worst return policy I have ever seen. 14 days with receipt, unopened and in original packaging....they should give you a disclaimer when you are purchasing any products..not just a sign on the wall. I will never recommend this place of business ever. Buyer Beware! I felt bad for the sales clerk because even he thought it was unfair. NO STOP NUTRITION!!!! read more
