Firebird Nutrition is my work go-to. Being a bariatric patient and an avid runner, having a great source for sustenance is important to me. Also important to me, is a law enforcement friendly business. Jason is working each time when I come in, and he always makes me the perfect, accurate shake. From the PB&J, to the Almond Joy and holiday creations, I have never been disappointed. The price is also quite reasonable for the quality shake you receive. I can also plan for my work week when I hadn't gotten a chance to prep at home. Firebird uses local kitchens to stock prepped meals and snacks. One of my favorites is the Feast Mode breakfast burrito. This thing is flavorful, filling, and often serves are TWO meals for me. Prepped foods are a bit pricier, but that's what we pay for quality and convenience. Firebird carries supplements, proteins, pre-work out, energy drinks and so much more! They were one of the first places to have the new Ghost Energy flavors, so it was great to have an "in" on the new goods. I get my snacks, such as Quest chips and cookies, as well as race aids (Gü, Honey Stingers, etc) here. Jason is the nicest dude, and is always knowledgeable and never weird when I come in uniform. She has been face-timing while I was trying to order in the past, luckily I wasn't too distracting as she never broke stride in the conversation, only briefly muting the person so I could order. Nestled in a strip mall full of gyms , this place is the perfect place to get your after workout shake! Many different types of shakes to choose from including "skinny" options for those that want lower sugar and carbs . My favorite is the Cracker Jax which is salted caramel protein powder, almond milk and peanut butter powder. It is amazing !!
