This is my favorite sprouts location. The parking lot is super big and the inside is always clean and tidy. The associates ask if I need help finding things and are super friendly. This place is no longer what it used to be. They're now money hungry and misleading the public that they're farm to table kind of store that is environmentally friendly. When you have grocery bags but then you charge ¢0.10 for it that doesn't translate to "saving the environment". If you want to save the environment, don't have plastic bags, period. But when you charge 10 cents, you're not being considerate of the environment, instead you're making money. Are you spending that 10cents to clean the oceans, or buying electric trucks to move your produce from Mexico? Then comes the misleading buy one get 1 half off, select items. It does say select items but doesn't specify which select items. Flat out thievery l. Lastly, the whole round up for kids program at checkout. You're a large corporation, you wanna donate to kids, do it on your own dime! I love sprouts. I recently started the carnivore diet and sprouts is one of my main stops. I've always liked sprouts but now that I have a special diet I've been frequently going here. The management and staff are amazing here, but the homeless situation with the bathrooms has become untenable. Even though they locked the bathrooms, a lot of homeless are getting in there anyway, and they cannot put a camera on the entry to the bathroom they said because of privacy laws? That seems crazy! Maybe management can put a camera on there and see because the person that went in there before me left a horrible mess all over The stall. I hope that management gets a chance to take care of this because this has been a great store for a long time! thank you to Bert for explaining why these locks had to happen in the first place I'm just appalled that they're unable to do anything to protect us. Whoever the young man working at the deli is a master craftsman of sandwiches. Anyone who knows me knows I love a sprouts Sammy, but this one hit different (in a good way). As a former sandwich artist at the Firehouse Subs I can appreciate a well crafted sammy and this young man working at sprouts has talent. They have a great selection for vegans/vegetarians which I love. I've come across a couple employees that have seemed annoyed but otherwise good service. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at this location. I happened to be in town visiting from Tucson and stopped at this location because of the smoothie bar. The moment I walked in I was greeted with samples of a non alcoholic beverages and some cherries and chocolates. Nothing has changed in over 2-years. We write to customer relations via email and they rarely reply, not even an acknowledgement of our email, which at times included recommended improvements to their website. Receently, we emailed SPROUTS on 17 Nov about a product recall and as of 21 Nov, no email response has been provided. In our experience with grocers, SPROUTS by far has the WORST customer service at the corporate level in comparison to other grocers and national businesses. They strike us as being indifferent and to be frank "worthless" for consumer feedback. Maybe that's why SPROUTS consistently charges higher prices than their competition and offers fewer specials now. Glad we have plenty of other nearby grocers and don't have to reply on SPROUTS. Let's give SPROUTS their appropriate YELP star score - ZERO. Scream that number like those foreign soccer match announcers. read more

I often find the prices a little higher here on staples but the selection (and various varieties) of their fruit and other produce is great. They make great sandwiches at reasonable prices, too! I can usually find special dietary items like "low carb" or "gluten-free" and their fish department is superb. I like being able to buy bulk items since there are just the two of us and sometimes a recipe will call for a small amount of something that I have no further use for. The store is clean, the help quickly notices when I am wandering around with a blank look and it is convenient. read more

Stopped in today to buy a few items since it was my first time in this store I asked an associate Michael for help locating a specific type of oatmeal that is gluten free. Michael did not bother to ask me the oatmeal brand, but was very quick to tell me it was discontinued. I told him that I purchased it a few days ago at another Sprouts location.
