Genuinely asking as I've never encountered this. The female manager working looks at me and in a snarky, condescending tone responds, "no it's rude". I have no issues abiding by rules, but, you're a manager and in customer service not to mention you're taking MY MONEY - I expect a professional response not an attitude. My advice is they should worry less about people being on the phone while checking out and focus on hiring better "management" plus the gross dust and disgusting mold in beer coolers.
