As I perused the menu, I decided that it must have been the pulled pork fries, so we started with that. Considering there were only two of us, we made a significant dent in this tray. It was delicious! On the bottom of the tray was a generous layer of beer cheese upon which the fries were laid and then topped with bbq pulled pork, a little bit of maybe sour cream or some other type of cream, and pico de gallo. The fries remained crispy throughout, and the whole thing had a great balance of flavor. 10/10 would recommend. Don't skip this app! The server was attentive, and when I was undecided, she suggested that I try the pulled pork grilled cheese. Since it was a lunch special, she told me I could get that in whole or half. I opted for half since we had such a big appetizer, and was glad to have that option. My daughter ordered the kids' mac and cheese with fries. The sandwich I ordered lived up to the hype. I really enjoyed it. I also tried my daughter's mac and cheese, which also seemed to have the beer cheese. It was probably the best kids' mac and cheese dish I've tried anywhere. The old-fashioned had regular ice not the large square or ball ice like most old-fashioned. We did send the fish & chips back because the fish wasn't crispy. It was soggy & fishy.
