I purchased a vaporizer Pulsar APX on Sunday feb 03 2019, On Monday the vape already stopped charging. Called this place on Tuesday Feb 03 2019 at 8:27pm, explaining the vape is not working properly, Im not expecting a refund but I would like to exchange it for something better, like a Pax, and will happily pay the difference. Their response was , " I'm sorry but you need to contact the manufacturer." I made this purchase 2 days a go! It stopped work in one day of use! Gregory was very informative on the glass pieces we were shopping for, i'm very happy with his customer service and great attitude.

As a local, I cry that this has to be the shop a block away. Worst service, employees and prices I've ever seen (in this city). Holy crap - I've been to a lot of vape shops, but this is really bottom of the heap. There is not a single half-decent battery under $30. I've bought disposable Mojos from them that last 2 hours and run out. Their Kratom products have pricetags that will shake the waters of the f*cking miami river. One O.P.M.S. Liquid Kratom Extract bottle (which contains less than 8mL) costs $18 retail value, which the shop prices at $28. Cheap gas-station bottles of capsules cost $30. Never seen pricing like that. Also your kind words will be met with extremely disrespectful, rude remarks from the employees, the likes of which I've never ween either. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else. Save your money, save your time. I URGE YOU. read more

This store is a crooked, insulting piece of shit that needs to be shut down. Wish I could give it zero stars! This corrupt anti-customer venue is a couple blocks away from me. I recently bought an attachment to my vape pen. The attachment did not fit into any of my pen batteries properly and would not hit. When I brought it in to exchange the faulty item they would not take it back! This was not even expensive, it was a $7 defective peice o crap. The worst part was the girl clerk kept trying to blame me for it not working with multiple different reasons of how I messed it up, when it was blatantly obvious the item was no good. I explained and demonstrated how the item does not properly screw into any pens in the store and they basically told me to f*** off. Not sure how selling a faulty item to a patron who lives down the street from you and then rudely telling him he is worthless and is stuck with the fraudulent purchase is good business. I would say far away from this store. There is a much better and nicer alternative 8 blocks South of it on Biscayne. read more

Tonight I came in to buy a new vape set and I have to say I have NEVER experinced such a rude employee and horrible customer service. I came in at 8:30pm on Friday the 7th of August, when I walked in the young lady of Hispanic decent was to get busy talking to her friends from papa johns and about her free cookie. I stood for a good 5 min after she made eye contact with me and I had to ask if I could get help in choosing a new system. When I asked she rudely said "I'll be with you in a second", I continued to patiently wait until another employee who was new was directed by the rude woman to come help me. The new woman was nice and I asked her on prices of different sets and she placed them on the counter. I not knowing as I hadent been told pressed the button on one of them and blew into it to see if it worked. I was about to spend a good $150-$200 until the rude girl finally decided to attend to myself and the new employee and asked if the coil got burned out. I was honest and said "I did push the button on this one" and she rudely cut me off and said "you owe me $4.99!". I was honestly taken aback by this and said "okay, but I wasent told that I couldn't press the button and maybe if she watched and trained properly that this wouldn't of happened" she again said "you OWE me $4.99!" I went into my pocket and put $5.00 on the counter with her saying "you don't have to throw it at me!" ... Which I didn't. At this point I deciding to take my $150-$200 elesewhere as this young woman was the worst I have delt with in retail in my whole life. If I managed (which I have in the past) or was the owner of this establishment I'd fire her in a heartbeat! Do NOT go here unless you want to be treated like your not important and in a very offensive and rude manner. I will defiantly be telling all about my experience tonight. read more

So I was in town for Ultra Music Festival and I must say, from being from California where there is a smoke shop on every corner, This was hands down the best shop I have ever been to EVER. The girl working there was super friendly and nice the second I walked in. She helped me with any questions and was nice the whole time unlike most smoke shop employees. On top of great customer service they had an awesome selection of glass and everything in between.
