I bought my first vape from them after the sales girl figured 3 were broken and leaked and told me the one I was buying and leaving with was ok. I was traveling to Nyc that day so didn't want to break the seal. When I got to Nyc it was dead and empty. I went back to ask for sales girl and a guy told he could help then told me that there's nothing they could do because I left the store with it which I think if they sell a faulty vape, they should replace. SHYSTY AF! Been to this smoke shop three times, will NEVER GO BACK. Bought an expensive vape pen here on the recommendation of a staff member, then the pen stopped charging a couple weeks into the purchase. The store policy is no returns exchanges only, but the woman working that day would not honor the policy and said that it was working when I bought it so it's not their responsibility. So basically, I'd have to buy a new one bc it's not their problem. $150+ I spent on CBD oil here on my previous visits was also a waste, nothing like the quality you get from an actual dispensary. Thanks but I might as well just stuff my money into the garbage receptacle, it's about the same result as buying something from this place. read more

After spending over 300 dollars on products, I made a purchase to ship to my mother. Upon receipt, she FaceTimed me to show me that the seal was broken. I had her send pictures and took the images to the store and asked if I could exchange it for the same product if it was shipped back; the answer was yes. I came back with the product that wasn't sealed to exchange it for a new one. This time the conversation was hostile. The cashier was rude and I was treated as if I was being dishonest. The count was equivalent to what was stated on the outside of the jar but we are in a pandemic and no one in their right mind would feel comfortable consuming something with a broken seal. This was perfectly horrible customer service and they have definitely lost a customer! read more

The energy of the staff is welcoming. They have a backyard area to chill out at. People go to relax and unwind. They always have anything I'm looking for and on top of that I'm always learning about something new there because they're constantly up to date with everything new on the market. Since this store is pretty close to my house I thought it would be perfect as I vape and I'm always looking to try a different flavor or product. The store is nice and that's about all that is. They raise the prices just about every other week/month with zero explanation as to why. In reality they just keep marking up popular items to squeeze the dollars out of you. I have bought multiple items that were faulty and there was "nothing they could do". All in all I recommend going anywhere but here, they are not the "local shop" to go to and they care only about your $$$. read more

EXCELLENT customer service. I bought some Kratom from here. I have always liked a particular strain, but was encouraged to try a new one. I did, and didn't enjoy it nearly as much as I do the Maeng Da strain. Knowing that nearly 99% of smoke shops offer no return policies, I still went back up there to see if anything could be done. Steven was working, I explained the situation, and he provided 5 grams of their Maeng Da to me for $1. He didn't have to do that, but he DID. It was an excellent white vein Maeng Da, one if the best I've ever had. I'm now calling Herbin Living my new smoke shop home. Great customer care, polite and understanding. read more

In this store, they are just money makers, are good to sell you something but, if you have a problem and you come back to the shop, the girl in there is only able to say "we don't give money back". When i first went into the store, I spoke with Aly Jade. She was great (I thought) she was knowledgeable in the products and even recommended a disposable CBD THC pen that she was puffing on herself in the store. I purchased one off my own curiosity. They tell you to try it in the store for verification and to describe it to them especially if its one they havent tried themselves. It worked great. What she didnt say was that when you stop using it, the pen stops working. The sign in the store says NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES ONLY. You can create an account for points so they have all of purchases on file. I go in and ask the guy there if I can exchange it for the SAME ONE and he says he has to ask his manager. THE MANAGER IS A ASSHOLE. he proceeded to tell me that this happens with these kinds of pens and if he gives me another one its just going to happen again. He also said because of covid, theres nothing he can do. He takes my pen and adjust the top and says "her try again"... i said covid has nothing to do with a disposable pen and your sign says I can exchange it. And i said, you need to sanitize it before i try anything again. I sit there puffing the pen AND ITS NOT WORKING he goes, yea. Thats just normal. All in all - theyre scammers. Pieces of shit who dont honor their policy and use covid as an excuse to not do so as well. Go to a state where you can get legalized product from people who know their shit and not floridian hippies that sell parsley. read more
