I was nervous because my Aussie doesn't do too well with her grooming experiences. I've been taking her since a puppy but she still gets nervous with her nails, and all the noises in the salon. I was pleased at pick out that they said she did a great job. The barber said she was nervous of the nail grinder sound, so she went out of her way to be patient and use the trimmer instead to manually trim the nails instead of grinding them down. My dog came out so clean and her de-shedding brush out was amazing. The overall price was $85 and included the bath, brush out, anal gland expression and nail cutting, as well as a cute bandana. He's a bit reactive so I am picky when it comes to vets, groomers, etc. I found Dash Pet Pawlor online and the reviews were positive, so I wrote them a message to see if they would take Tyson. They assured me that they are comfortable with reactive dogs and would be happy to take him in. The day of his appointment, he must have snagged his nail on something and his paw was bleeding, so I was worried they wouldn't be able to assist him anymore, but they took him and told me they'd be patient and see what they could do. Tyson came back to me in good spirits, fully groomed with nice short nails. I have no idea how they did it, but it was a miracle and I am really so grateful. I had planned to resume grooming Tyson myself once I'm fully moved in, but because they did such a good job, I am pretty sure I will take Tyson back again.

I've entrusted her with my senior heart dog, who hates getting her nails done (and also loves getting dirty). What is most remarkable is the amount of time Addiline takes with each and every dog to make sure they're comfortable. This is IMPERATIVE for training and exposure purposes. This ensures a groom doesn't instill fear (beyond the common anxieties), and is something that cannot be easily achieved by large commercial groomers or crowded shops. This requires patience, empathy, and deep understanding of her work and the dogs she is handling. After trusting her with Posie, I reached out to BATM to help with an abandoned and abused dog I had found a few days earlier. Addiline worked her magic on this neglected pup. She was very dirty and we had no clue her background with grooming (likely very limited if any). She took it slow and adjusted to meet Scarlett where she was at. She also did great with my excitable boy, Zuko. I will forever be a client! Addiline is such a wonderful source of information, I learn something from her each time we chat. She is such a ray of loving sunshine, and all the doggies can sense that Mobile grooming is of course pricier than Petco or a standalone shop, but I find BATM's prices very reasonable for mobile grooming.
