Here we are, seven years later, and I still bring Finn all the way from Santa Ana. Michelle loves the pooches, and it shows. There are some new employees who work there and she's doing less of the grooming work, so I have noticed a couple things here and there that aren't "like it used to be" (ex: he has had a couple of instances where he came back with irritated ears, probably because of water and he wasn't as excited as he used to be the last time he went), but Michelle has also set the bar very high. I'm hoping that Finn's apprehension won't last and, if so, I'll keep coming back. I have hope that things will remain tip top with Michelle at the helm. read more

I've taken my dachshund puppy here about 4 times now. Every experience has been great. Everyone is super friendly. My puppy comes out smelling super clean and fluffy. She has some itchy skin due to allergies and they use our doctor prescribed shampoo (with an extra cost due to having to have it on for 10'min) and they do a hot oil bath that really soothes her itching. I did text ahead to let you know we were running late. Earlier that week, you had asked to move our appointment from Friday to Wednesday, but we explained that we couldn't adjust due to being out of town. It feels like Friday may have been overbooked. When we arrived just 10 minutes late, we were told our appointment had already been cancelled. We plan our work schedules around these appointments, so it's not as easy as simply "rescheduling." The fact that the appointment was cancelled before your own late policy allows is, in my opinion, unprofessional. Lastly, this feedback isn't about "bad mouthing" anyone. Staff was very friendly from the time I arrived and also when I picked up my doggie . Hercules smelled and look good . The only thing that made me a bit sad was that ,They said he was a bit naughty (he had them chasing him) and next time I would be charged $10 extra . But the girl who gave me that information was polite about it and did mentioned to me that it was probably because it was his first time coming to them. We had rescued a sheltie that was being poorly taken care of, he was very skittish and was matted on his underside. I love bringing my dog here @ The Dogg lounge, I have been bringing my Golden Retriever here for years now! Always great customer service. I love how the dogs aren't locked up in a small cage, this place has extra room for the dogs to play or a bigger fenced area, and if you prefer your dog to be alone in a smaller area there is a designated area for them! The bandanas that are put on the dogs after their grooming are always on point and go with holidays. The place is also very clean and maintained! Michelle and her staff are truely amazing. She had no concern for the well-being of anyone but herself. Very selfish lady seems angry. There is a sign in the window welcoming all of their clients for the day. Inside, the place is very welcoming and natural. There are dogs in and outside of pens. Dogs being dogs! How lovely! What sets Dogg Lounge apart is the very clear love that the groomers have for the animals they service - especially the owner. When I pick my dogs up after a grooming, they look like they have moved in! They're so comfortable and happy to be there. How refreshing. After their appointment, Dogg Lounge posts photos of your pups or cats after their service on their super fun Instagram. The only negative with this location is that parking is a bit dodgy. We have been there several times and thought it was good. Recently we have notice that they are kinda on the shady-side. Charging us for stuff we didn't ask for. Knowingly, when they checked my dog in they asked & I said ONLY daycare. Come back to pick him up and they claimed that he had poop on him and they gave him a bath. Which I call BS!
