Here we are, seven years later, and I still bring Finn all the way from Santa Ana. Michelle loves the pooches, and it shows. There are some new employees who work there and she's doing less of the grooming work, so I have noticed a couple things here and there that aren't "like it used to be" (ex: he has had a couple of instances where he came back with irritated ears, probably because of water and he wasn't as excited as he used to be the last time he went), but Michelle has also set the bar very high. I'm hoping that Finn's apprehension won't last and, if so, I'll keep coming back. I have hope that things will remain tip top with Michelle at the helm. read more

I came to pick him up and he was full of scratches. If they knew he was uncomfortable and couldn't help getting a haircut why not call me and say that instead of continuing on haircut causing him to bleed and be full of scratches on his belly when i got him back. This is the second time hes been here and I dont support as well how they treat other pets here by ear pulling which is what I saw when I first got there so I already didnt feel comfortable but left him to try it out. We've always been very happy with the quality of grooming, and I want to be clear that this review has nothing to do with that. This is strictly about your customer service. I did text ahead to let you know we were running late. Earlier that week, you had asked to move our appointment from Friday to Wednesday, but we explained that we couldn't adjust due to being out of town. It feels like Friday may have been overbooked. When we arrived just 10 minutes late, we were told our appointment had already been cancelled. We plan our work schedules around these appointments, so it's not as easy as simply "rescheduling." The fact that the appointment was cancelled before your own late policy allows is, in my opinion, unprofessional. Lastly, this feedback isn't about "bad mouthing" anyone. It's about sharing facts so the business has the opportunity to improve. Every business, woman-owned or not, should value both positive and constructive feedback in order to grow. read more

I've taken my dachshund puppy here about 4 times now. Every experience has been great. Everyone is super friendly. My puppy comes out smelling super clean and fluffy. She has some itchy skin due to allergies and they use our doctor prescribed shampoo (with an extra cost due to having to have it on for 10'min) and they do a hot oil bath that really soothes her itching. First time coming here and definitely will recommend this place. I had read so many good reviews on it and I wasn't disappointed. Staff was very friendly from the time I arrived and also when I picked up my doggie . Hercules smelled and look good . The only thing that made me a bit sad was that ,They said he was a bit naughty (he had them chasing him) and next time I would be charged $10 extra . But the girl who gave me that information was polite about it and did mentioned to me that it was probably because it was his first time coming to them. I love how the dogs aren't locked up in a small cage, this place has extra room for the dogs to play or a bigger fenced area, and if you prefer your dog to be alone in a smaller area there is a designated area for them! She had no concern for the well-being of anyone but herself. Very selfish lady seems angry.
