I've had a Diamondback Tonneau 270 since November of 2018. Recently, a street puke tried to break into it after trying other trucks in the area. Got him on camera and the San Francisco Police made an arrest (while he was breaking into someone else's Tacoma). Anyway moral of the story is: although he damaged the lock bar mechanism and weather seal, he did not get into the truck. My canyon is a Pavement Princess living in the Big City which is full of crime and miscreants. This review should also be for the Diamondback Tonneau product itself, as it thwarted the street puke from getting into my truck. I had my first Truck, Dodge 1500 around 2007 and they did an excellent job. In 2021 or 2022 I came back because the factory plastic on top of the tail gate started snagging because it broke, and I wanted the top of my tail gate sprayed. They didn't commit to a price and when I returned, I found they did the whole tail gate and the price was more than I anticipated, there was a moment of discontent between us and ultimately the gentleman told me to just go... He was unhappy with my persistence on the price. So $0.00. I wanted to pay but he had enough of me by then. So I bought a new truck and went to them again (They did great work) I was expecting maybe a, That ....... guy's here again", but no, excellent customer service, no discrepancy with the price, they did better than quoted out the door. They did a beautiful job at a price lower that anyone else I called for pricing. The last truck's liner was 16 years old and still in excellent shape and I used it like a truck. He bought the truck new in 2001 had it sprayed by a company shortly after and they did a terrible job so much so that it started peeling shortly after. Awesome service and quality. I got a spray in Rhinoliner and the quality of the product and workmanship was outstanding. It was about $450 at the time of this posting. A little higher price than some of the smaller mom and pop shops (even though I consider this small business in the mom and pop category) and for those people that "have a guy" but well worth the slight premium. Second review - totally separate job on a separate truck compared to the first time which was a couple years ago. We did a rhino bedliner and tonneau cover for a Superduty truck. Corey is someone I would trust with anything. He bid the job very fair, speedy, and did a great job. The spray in Rhino Hardline bedliner is much better and cheaper than the Ford factory option. Installed with style - hardware removed and everything masked perfect. Expert spray job. I wasn't sure I would like Hardline but it is fantastic (a little rough on bare knees, but super durable and you can't have everything) When he installed the Armor Flex cover, there were a few blemishes from the factory on the underside. He ordered a new one, let me use the blemished one while we waited for it to get there... then he installed the new cover in about 15 minutes a couple weeks later. If I ever need anything for my truck - larger gas tank, step bars, grill covers, light bars, cap shell... you name it - I would trust Corey with it 100%. read more

I have been a client for a couple of years. I usually just buy products and install them myself. This time I had them install some lights. They completely surpassed my expectations and did a phenomenal job installing the lights, relays and wiring. I bought some lights from them and I brought some of my own. I went over the project with Jared and he did everything exactly how I wanted plus he took it up a notch. All the wires are protected and sealed in a loom, the strain relief is uniform throughout and all of the loom mounts are insulated and spaced equidistant. This saved my butt after I was hit by a drunk driver didn't have to have my bed liner re sprayed. I would have never known how important this was until the body shop I was getting my truck fixed at was talking so highly of the work. I did my research and found out this practice, patience, and attention to detail isn't common. Then when I got my truck cap these guys went above and beyond to make it perfect! Nathan, Jared, and Cody listened to my OCD concerns and made all the adjustments to the cap to again, make it perfect! I was super happy and impressed with the end product. Bought my truck used with some dings and a couple rust spots in the bed, so I wanted to get a spray-on liner and saw the yelp reviews for OSTS. What a great bunch of guys. Professional yet friendly, honest, straight-up with any questions I had. They gave me a good quote, so I made an appointment. Took pretty much all day, so it's best to drop your vehicle off and get a ride back to wherever you need to go for the rest of the day...or you can go get yourself and your significant other some fun toys at the adult store next door :) Back to OSTS, their work was excellent, nice straight lines, consistent layer about 1/8" thick. One of the workers told me if I ever have any problems- chipping, cracking, peeling, tearing- just come back and they'll fix it as long as I own the truck!
