Nothing is ever too much trouble and in true Igor fashion he will never up-sell or do work that is not required, sadly I cannot say that for most dealers I have worked with! Another impressive aspect of their work is how extensive their skills and experience cover as I now have 7 cars all different models and brands, but these guys always deliver and at very fair prices both for parts and labor. Igor will always look for ways to minimize the cost down and keep you informed on progress and choice points which I really appreciate. I purchased a refurbished one off of eBay. When I called Audio916 to ask them if they could install the unit, Sean was very upfront with me. Gave me very accurate pricing for the job. He also told me that he could install the unit, no problem. But that with these newer vehicles, there is chance that the unit itself might need to be coded and that the dealership would have to do that. He told me he would do everything he could, but that ultimately I may have to have the dealership code it. I took my chances and not only did they do an outstanding job, but his head installer found that the unit I purchased had a defective button. So rather than just leave it, they went above and beyond and fixed that defective button to make the unit perfect! And Sean called me to communicate the issue in real time. I was absolutely ecstatic! They made me feel very well taken care of. And I didn't have to go to the dealership afterall. They did an amazing job! On Wednesday morning, I called for a status update. The receptionist said the truck camper would not be looked at until Monday of the following week. This was unacceptable because I was leaving Wednesday around noon for my Thanksgiving plans. You guys worked an hour on something I didn't ask for. Specifically asked for a check on why my engine motor was not charging the batteries while driving. Ultimately, my boondocking Thanksgiving trip was a little bit more difficult to manage because of the lack of battery power to the truck camper Nice fancy bronco the owner drives. Must be nice ripping people off.

We own a 2022 Berkshire XL 37A, class A diesel pusher. On our last outing we had a leak coming…read morethrough the AC intake in the bedroom. The only water source is the AC unit on the roof at the rear of the coach which happens to be above the bedroom. I immediately suspected a clogged drain line. Supporting that suspicion was the lack of condensation build-up coming out of the drain line (the front AC unit was draining just fine). Although this can be an easy DIY fix, I am a senior and still recovering from a terrible ladder accident/fall so going up on the roof was not an option for me. I called a mobile RV repair service and they quoted me a minimum of $600 for the repair. A person at the RV storage facility we use suggested I call American RV Service Center. I called last week and spoke to Morgan. She was very helpful but initially said her next opening was in August. I told her we are going on an outing July 22nd. She said she would see what she could do to get us in before then. After a few minutes she came back on the line and told me because it was presumably a simple fix she could get me in Friday the 19th. She advised me they charge $175 an hour and it shouldn't take more than 2 hours. Today (the 19th) they got our coach in. The tech found there was no clog, the line was clear. He did find that the drain hose connected to the pump did not have a clamp securing it. He put a clamp on it, confirmed that the pump was working and then tested the system. With the bedroom AC unit on for a while, the system began draining the condensation build up, operating normally. No leaking inside. Problem fixed. Morgan was great to work with throughout this process. They went above and beyond to get us taken care of knowing we have an outing planned. The temps will be in the triple digits where we're going and having both AC units working will be a life saver! Their service costs are fair and their customer service was excellent. Also, it's nice to call a business and have a live person answer. I highly recommend American RV Service Center!!! Thank you Morgan and thank you tech (unfortunately I did not get his name).

I swear I kill half the bug population on the causeway. I used Yelp to shop different installers in the Roseville area. Gold Wurks was one of the first to reply. GW has been installing PPF for over 20 years. I dealt mainly with Christine and she was very communicative about the services, products and timing. She worked with me on my schedule and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Her customer service was one of the reasons I chose GW. I felt she offered the fairest price for the most quality product: Xpel Ultimate Plus. Xpel is considered one of the leaders in PPF with 10 year warranty and self healing properties. Also they could do the install in one day. The protected the following: hood, fenders, front bumper, headlights, frontside of rear view mirrors, luggage strip on back bumpers and door edges. While the quality of the product is important, the quality of install is even more important. GW did an excellent job. The seams were clean and the ends were tight and nicely fitted. My pictures do not do their work justice. To that point, I hired a Detailer (also a PPF installer) to work on my car. That Detailer said they did a really clean install job. I also found out GW installs for a lot of the luxury dealers in the area like Volvo and Porsche. If you are looking for an excellent PPF installer that provides great customer service, look no further.

He gave me a incredibly thorough over-the-phone assessment for a basic service and an AC Freon adjustment (something the dealership had never even recommended in the 11 years I've owned the car). In person, Phong was just as engaging, warm, and professional as he was on the phone. The final price came out just slightly over the estimate because they caught another small issue, but Phong took the time to explain exactly what they did and walked through all of his recommendations. Most importantly, Phong noticed that all four of my tires had dangerous cracks on the sidewalls from running into curbs during tight turns, and warned me they could blow out at any moment. I truly believe his sharp eye and honest recommendation saved my life! I already have an appointment at Costco this Saturday to get them replaced. However, after buying a set of wheels and tires for my 2018 GMC Sierra Denali at Original Wheels & Accessories and dealing with their crew....I was more than compelled to leave a review. EVERYONE at their shop is friendly, polite, respectful, competent and hard working. Not only did I experience this personally but watching and listening to their interactions with the other customers that were there at the same time, it's apparent this is simply how they are to everyone. Jim and his crew and hands down the best shop I have been to. I went in to get a third opinion on my lift on a 2021 ram. He noticed the problem right away and also noticed things the last shop did wrong that I had to have them do again. Since then I have taken my daughter's jeep in to have a lift and rims and tires installed. Turned out amazing. Jim is extremely knowledgeable and truly wants to help you. I would be remiss if I didn't note that our in-laws, who purchased a 2025 CRV similar to ours shortly after we bought ours, brought their car in the following week to have their wheels done, as well, and they share our sentiment that this was a great investment.
