I have made lifelong friends at this place. Not every Auto Zone is like this one either as to why I was more inclined to show gratitude seeing the service of this one. Donovan surely my go to when I have any general questions about policy, inventory, and just helping me find what I need when comes to my car in general. Go to him. Horrible service. Lazy workers. Wouldn't even do a return with a receipt because they were 30 minutes till closing so they lied and said they were not matching receipts when it literally had all the codes and numbers matched up. They were just jack asses just trying to get out of it. And then when I ask for help to buy something they said they were already done with the register.... Last I checked the store closes at 11 not 10:15 or 10:30 . But they just don't give a shit at the last hour. And it's always the same night shift people. DONT GO HERE! Not really very impressed with his store. Came in to buy a gallon of windshield washer. Paying cash. The service is very slow. I gave him $5 and I had to wait almost 5 minutes for my $0.70 change because he didn't have any in the cash drawer. It seemed like several times when he went to get change he was distracted by one of the other employees and stopped to talk with him while I'm sitting there waiting at the counter for my change. Can I give no stars? Horrible service. I asked for help with my light and was refused help. They wouldn't even assist me to look for a lightbulb for my headlight. I recommend going to another location or even o'Reilly's. Way better service there. read more

The manager of this location, Ely, was SO helpful! I didn't know why my light hub wasn't unscrewing but he grabbed like 3 different tools and spent a good 20 min helping me out and switched out the bulb! He even helped put my heavy stuff back in my car I had to take out he is such a gentleman. Definitely ONLY going to thisAutoZone forever!!! read more

My car was having issues starting. I wasn't sure if it was the alternator, starter, or battery. I asked the guy to run tests to find out and he said he was only able to run a battery test and told me that it was my battery. OK fine so how much is a battery? Well then he proceeds to tell me that I could purchase a battery but that they would not be able to install it because they don't have the special tool to take the clips off of the thing above my battery. He told me that my battery would have to be installed by a mechanic. So I was able to purchase a battery but not get it installed. He also then proceeds to tell me that he cannot test my alternator or my starter. Like what? Ok so then my car doesn't start. I asked for a jump. There battery jumper isn't charged so they won't jump me. I sit out in 85 degree heat for an hour and a half before I'm able to get a jump from someone. What the heck happened to having some humanity. After I got a jump I took my car to the o'Reillys in antelope by Lichen drive. They took awesome care of me. Oh and that tool that the guy at auto zone was talking about was BS because The guy at O'Reillys was able to pop off the clips with his fingers with ease. And he was an able to install my battery with no issues whatsoever oh and not to mention O'Reillys was able to give me a battery at a lower price and I'm talking $60 cheaper. Moral of the story don't waste your time at autozone go somewhere else..... check out the o'Reillys that I mentioned and ask for either Zach or Joe I promise you they will take care of you! read more

hey, nice place to get parts.... i was kinda mad when i walked in because of the line but there computers were down but they were still checking parts in books so it took a little long than i wanted. the part i needed was listed here so i came, the guy said it's not on the self where is supose to be, he looked through the entire store until he found it on the carts that had just been delivery that day. most places would have told me "we don't have it, check mmy other store" so i'm glad i didn't get that... 3 1/2 stars all the way!! read more

I was in there to get a part my vehicle and I over here the manager yell at a employee about some power steering fluid he got very loud and disrespectful towards the employees witch was a female and gender doesn't matter that "you never tell some one we don't have it. You tell them we will get it to you in 15 min " the employee then says " I didn't want to Lie to the customer that we don't have it " I over hers and asked for the regional managers number to complain then he told me to leave his f@&$ing store ad I was walking out he followed me healing at me calling me names and all sorts of things very disrespectful and not professional i suggest a different store read more

I just wanted to say how much I appreciated this shop last night when I had an emergency battery problem. They had exactly what I needed in stock and installed my new battery right away. I had already been to Walmart who didn't have what I needed. We have 4 drivers who all depend on this car and I couldn't afford to wait until morning to get it fixed. I was there today and received excellent customer service. Richard didn't just go an extra step, but went TWO extra steps to get me the part that I needed. Thanks, Richard! I had been there a few days earlier to get a new battery, and another clerk helped me get the old one out of the trunk and put the new one in. Even with a long line of customers waiting, both times I felt like I was getting their complete attention and not being rushed through. After comparing prices from another well known auto parts store, I found out that Autozone's prices were better too. Autozone will be the first place I stop to shop next time for sure! read more

I went to go check the battery of my van at around 4:30 p.m. An employee named Arthur nicely told me it was bad. He replaced it with a new one and it didn't work. After a few minutes, the store manager came and checked the doors, manual, and lights. I waited for him to be done for about 20 minutes under the sun. I suggested him to check the battery to which he rudely responded, "one second". After another 5 minutes he angrily gave me the keys and went to attend other costumers. Arthur came back to check it and the "new battery" was bad. I decided not to get a different one because of de manager's attitude and bad product. read more
