I went into west coast muffler needing my exhaust shortened in one direction to get my front drive shaft to fit after a lift on my jeep. To my surprise they didn't have to cut and welded anything to make it fit. Just need to be adjusted. Guss did an awesome job and showed me where a hanger bracket was missing causing some rattling I was hearing. Got a new hanger on, drive shaft in now and all is right. I took my 2022 Subaru Outback to Westcoast Muffler for a loud exhaust. Diagnostic was complete and was told that a weld was needed on a flange. I was also told I could take my car to the dealer because the problem may be covered under warranty. I have over 70K miles on the car. I told Gus to go ahead with the repair they suggested. Let me tell you about West Coast Mufflers. Called them up in the morning to see about cost/timing to install a new Borla cat back exhaust system kit that I had ordered from Amazon. Was told to bring in my truck and shouldn't take more than 1-hr to do. Had lunch plans with my wife, and didn't want to be late... but I decided to give this shop a try, although it was very tight margins in terms of timing for my lunch plans. Due to covid times, they let me drive my truck onto their lift platform - which was cool that no one else would be inside my truck except for me. All business, these guys removed my old exhaust system in a few minutes and then bolted up the new Borla. It was explained that I didn't need to do welds since the clamps would enable removing the muffler /pipes without any cutting for unforeseen future needs. Given the option, i decided to have it welded at no extra cost because the last system held up for 221k, and the Borla has 1-million mile warranty. Had zero issues with this install, great value in price for the work that was done, and it actually took about 45mins to complete the job. These guys are professional and the work that was completed showcases their experience. Love when I'm under promised, but over delivered - in this case, I was able to meet my wife for lunch and arrived with my new Borla exhaust system. For all my exhaust system needs, this is now my go to shop! Feel free to ping me in case you'd like a more detailed review. When I decided to up grade my performance muffler. I went and spoke to Gus and he answered all the questions I need to know. Both him and Justin worked on my 2022 Chevy Silverado truck , and I had them install the Bolra Atak in which they did a magnificent job. They wanted 350$ for each flowmaster super10 when they retail for 100$... Over priced and entitled owners... Marco Muffler is reasonable and knowledgeable on what will work with your vehicle.
