Several of the contraptions did not work and some of the locks did not work or were not part of the puzzle but were not labeled. It was frustrating not being able to find where to start and the puzzles did not flow, leading you to the next task. Some puzzles were ridiculously difficult and could never be figured out without help! The staff were patient and helpful but I felt bad that they had to come help so much leaving the front lobby often empty! We would not waste our $$$ again!

The room that we did (Principal's Office) wasn't correctly set up. We ended up solving a 60 minute room in under 30... But only because key puzzles were solved purely on accident. Random magnets popped doors open prematurely, and cards weren't erased properly after previous users ( you could still see the writing from the last team). We could have overlooked some of this as flukes... But Amber, the "gamemaster" was patronizing and unhelpful. She wouldn't even take the time to explain how the puzzles should have worked. Instead, she claimed she had to get the room set up for the next group, and didn't have time to explain things to us... With 30 minutes still left on the clock! When you're spending the kind of money you are on an experience like this, the least one should expect is courteous, helpful staff, and a game room that works Save your time and your money. Go someplace else. (Only giving the place one star because I can't post anything otherwise).

From the booking site, it looks like others can join your party which I wasn't a fan of, but no one else joined us. We picked the Cosmic mission and barely solved it with two minutes to spare! I liked that it was spread across 3 rooms and required us to solve puzzles together being in different rooms entirely. We've done several escape rooms and recommend this one if you've done them before. I heard the hardest one is prison break and will be coming back to try it out!

Our game master, Melanie, was so nice and upbeat and seemed genuinely excited for us when we escaped without using any clues. I also saw her managing the front area with walk-in's really well (the mall setup has got to be stressful for that!). The Witch themed room was right at my personal max level of scary/spooky. It seems like most of the other rooms had a spook factor to it; I'd love to see some that are more mystery, adventure, or heist themed. Five in our family and we did the 45min version, which was just right for us. Our kiddos were 10yrs, 8yrs & 4yrs and each of them could help out and figure out some clues on their own. There were still clues they needed help with, but overall they were very involved. Each of the three rooms we accessed was lively, well planned out, and full of fun clues. The staff greeted us warmly and explained everything to the kids in a very understandable way and were very generous with the clues. We all had a wonderful time and would absolutely do another escape room here with the family.
