The room that we did (Principal's Office) wasn't correctly set up. We ended up solving a 60 minute room in under 30... But only because key puzzles were solved purely on accident. Random magnets popped doors open prematurely, and cards weren't erased properly after previous users ( you could still see the writing from the last team). We could have overlooked some of this as flukes... But Amber, the "gamemaster" was patronizing and unhelpful. She wouldn't even take the time to explain how the puzzles should have worked. Instead, she claimed she had to get the room set up for the next group, and didn't have time to explain things to us... With 30 minutes still left on the clock! When you're spending the kind of money you are on an experience like this, the least one should expect is courteous, helpful staff, and a game room that works Save your time and your money. Go someplace else. (Only giving the place one star because I can't post anything otherwise).

The game master, Blaze, was amazing and really welcoming. He gave great hints that led you in the right direction without giving too much away. Really enjoyed our escape room (we did the serial killer room) and if we're ever in this area again we will definitely be back to try another room!

Not that spooky (great for me, a non-fan of horror) so if you want something truly scary this might not be the one for you. Our guide, Rob, made everything enjoyable. He answered all of our questions before we started and made sure to set a light tone for our time in the escape room. He would also send us notes of affirmation as we progressed through the puzzle, and that kept morale high! Definitely will be back at some time soon; want to try the rest of the rooms!

I was really excited about the experience but let down when a part of my game didn't work…read more We chose Only Murders in the Building, and there's a book shelf component that required you to pull the books in the correct order. It failed to respond even when the correct books were pulled. Our guide did confirm this was a room error, and it prevented us from completing the game. It was disappointing that we weren't able to pause our time to have the mechanical error fixed and progress with the game or receive an offer to retry the experience in a functional room.

Five in our family and we did the 45min version, which was just right for us. Our kiddos were 10yrs, 8yrs & 4yrs and each of them could help out and figure out some clues on their own. There were still clues they needed help with, but overall they were very involved. Each of the three rooms we accessed was lively, well planned out, and full of fun clues. The staff greeted us warmly and explained everything to the kids in a very understandable way and were very generous with the clues. We all had a wonderful time and would absolutely do another escape room here with the family.
