Also, he has to get someone else to calibrate the replacement transmission. After getting the vehicle back a month later, it starts making a whining noise. I read up and it says it possibly low transmission fluid. I check the dip stick and it doesn't even show up on the dip stick. I have to add 3 quarts of transmission fluid. A few days later, my AC does not work. I take it to another shop and they tell me carrier bearing housing is missing. Likely from when they replaced the transmission, they didn't put this back on. I would highly suggest not using this place.

They went above and beyond…read moreon Sunday, Mothers Day to safely get us off of Route 81 after our leaf spring broke on our fifth wheel. Mike, our hero, came out and blocked and chained the spring so we could safely tow the unit to Tonie's RV to have it repaired. They two companies worked together to coordinate the repair and made what could have been a horrific experience a satisfactory one. We were back on the road within a day and could not have been happier. We are now home safe and sound thank to two wonderful businesses that can teach the meaning of customer service.
