He requested my information and driver's license, then sent me by email with a buyers' order on the car where he stated a 100% money back guarantee within 10 days upon purchase. On his follow-up call, he insisted that I pay him the full amount asking price to go forward. I told him I was not about to give him tens of thousands of dollars sight un-seen without first sending a vehicle inspector first. He kept referring to the money back guarantee as the safe guard and that after he had the money, if the inspection was not satisfactory, I could get my money back. I refused and told him that I would have an inspector there the next day and if the car was as presented, I would wire the money. The next day the inspector called me and said in 20 years of inspecting cars, he had never had a seller make more excuses of being too busy or was not available to show him the car! I decided to do research. This entity is a Florida LLC (the dealership is in Barnhart Missouri) and when you Google the picture of supposed building, it is an office building, not a car lot. The salesman conveniently forgot to mention that the car I purchased had a replacement engine installed. I only found out after digging through the paperwork myself. This is the kind of critical detail any honest seller would disclose upfront. On top of that, they promised me multiple times they would fix several issues with the car before I picked it up--issues like a strange noise from the engine and a faulty sensor. Of course, none of those problems were actually fixed. When I confronted them, the mechanic gave me excuses and acted like it was no big deal. The car still has the same problems, and now I'm stuck with a vehicle I can't fully trust. If you value your money and your peace of mind, stay far away from anyone who operates like this. Dishonest, careless, and completely unprofessional--exactly the kind of people who give this business a bad name.

They inspected the vehicle and informed us that the repair needed was not covered under the 3-month/3,000-mile warranty, despite our salesman, Jason, telling us the warranty would cover "just about anything." We agreed to move forward with the repair but also requested either a refund or the return of our original vehicle, given that we had only had the Expedition for two weeks. They charged us $300 for the repair, and unfortunately, it did not fix the issue at all. I picked the vehicle up yesterday, and the noise is still clearly present. They have refused to reimburse us. We feel extremely disappointed and misled. The dealership promotes values like "build relationships, serve people, and expand God's kingdom," but our experience did not reflect those principles. I hope they reconsider how they handle situations like this in the future. Frankly, I hope they can one day behave like a reputable dealership in the future and make situations like this right. I also hope they learn to truly practice what they preach as far as their mission goes. I am almost positive Jesus would be ashamed that they are using religion to con people.

I dealt with Branden who was friendly and professional. The store itself was clean and inviting. In around 25 minutes I had an appraisal in my hand for more than I expected.
