I negotiated a price with the owner and had an inspector drive out to look at the car. It had some issues ( like the AC didn't work) the car was supposedly a rare version of the Chevelle but he didn't have any documentation. After we settled on a price and I had paid for the pre purchase inspection, and gave Passing Lane a 1000 dollar deposit, he tried to upsell me on repairs it needed that should have been done before he tried to sell it. I wanted them to lower the price of the car because it literally needed almost 5000 worth of repairs. He refused and backed out of the deal on me and refused to ship the car to me. He did return my deposit but I lost out on the 700 plus dollars I paid for the inspection. I would not recommend this company at all.
