Fantastic boba. I always love a strong tea flavor in drinks and the boba itself is chewy and fresh. Brown Sugar Milk Tea 5/5 Strong tea flavor with a nice brown sugar taste. Neither overpowers each other and it's not drowned out by milk. I would get this again Mango Smoothie 5/5 Got this with the brown sugar boba. Nice contrast of hot boba and the ice cold mango. Flavor isn't lacking here Sweet Potato Hot Dog 5/5 Classic Korean hot dog with rice batter and sweet potato on the outside. Just as expected, sweet and delicious. You have to order in person if you want food, but there's a kiosk for bubble tea. Nice and casual spot without many people coming in and out. Makes it a nice place to chat or catch up with anyone

Putting this review as an extra note. They are very busy everyday with a rush at around 8-8:30pm, so not a good time to go if you want to just get a drink and go. Also, taro boba was a good replacement for the brown sugar boba. It just wasn't as good but not bad. Get drinks with no ice if drinking the next day.

This place has quickly become one of my favorite boba spots. We do boba runs at work at least once a week. The first time we tried One Zo it was a little bit pricier than our other usual spots. After trying One Zo then one of our other usual spots the next day, the difference in quality was undeniable! The drinks and boba are so much better than all of the other places we frequent, everyone always only wants One Zo now. Totally worth it! I really like the One Zo boba (3 kinds). On a recent run I tried one of the hot dogs, it was really good and super crispy!

    Sweet potato and original

Tried different Korean corn dogs with the hot Cheeto topping and they were all pretty good. Usually I only like the cheese ones but their sausage ones were good too. Tried out a lychee slushy ( regular sweetness) which was yummy but would probably get extra sweet next time. Chill ambiance inside.

I tried the roasted rice milk tea this time with 50% sweetness and taro boba. The drink is mild, but the warm boba really added an interesting dimension to the beverage.

Good tea but we got very little and the majority was ice, even though we asked for light ice. Almost 20 for ice, and this was after some had already melted. Teas are good.

So that's why I'm leaving a review (see photos) While I'm here picking up an order, so far the customer service and ambiance match, and telling by the amount of customers they have, all tables are full so the food is good. Each table has 4-2 people and they have aesthetically pleasing LED lights as well as a projector screen playing a game like theme on the wall! Omg! Talk about going all out and to the next level! That's good for staff to watch the wall too while working keeping the vibes chill! That's dope! I just came from the gym, don't mind me lol even tho I look good haha a free hot dog on them if you write a real review too! They did give me a free hotdog and cheese sauce (didn't like the sauce) so that's cool... the wait time is 15 mins tho! Thanks I'll come back here to get on my laptop and chill.

The boba here is pretty good, I got the jasmine green milk with normal sweetness and it was a little too sweet for me so I just suggest getting a lower sweetness if you order it. Overall, I thought the drinks here are super expensive, my drink costed more than $7.

Service was really nice! The staff was friendly and helpful. I tried OneZo in Ventura and it was so good, so we came in with an expectation. Unfortunately, the drinks didn't taste good at all at this location. We ordered: 1. Roasted rice milk tea with taro boba ($7) - 1/10 - the tea and the boba were so bland. There's no flavor and very watered down. I got 50-70% sweet, but it didn't taste sweet at all. The boba wasn't chewy and doesn't have any taro flavor. 2. One Zo milk tea with honey boba ($7) - 6/10 - it was mediocre. Not good and not bad. If you crave a basic milk tea, this will do the job. Boba wasn't chewy, but not fresh. It was a bit stale and wasn't warm. 3. Oreo matcha brûlée milk tea with boba ($7.70) - 6/10 - it was also very mediocre. 4. One Zo fruit tea with lychee jelly ($7.70) - 1/10 - we found a bug in our drink, which is very disturbing especially since it was a fruity drink.. this is a restaurant hygiene issue. Would not recommend this location or come back.

One of the staff is friendly and the drinks are pretty good so I have been coming back from time to time. However, today I found that a 20% tip was automatically added to my credit card; I would not know if I didn't look at my receipt. I would have tipped but I do not appreciate it being automatically added without indicating it upfront. It's deceiving. Will not come back.

Boba is great here but I think it is pricey ($1.25 for One Zo Boba and $1 for Brown Sugar Boba). I love the texture and how fresh it came out. They were out of honey boba when we ordered. The One Zo boba is made of tapioca and has a fruity flavor to it. The One Zo Milk Tea tasted like chocolate milk. I love the Peachnada. It had chamoy and tajin with blocks of peaches. It also came in a cute cup! Would definitely come back for that

Brought my son here after school and he loved it. I ordered the green tea latte with brown sugar boba and to my surprise he enjoyed. It definitely was delicious. We had to wait around 20 minutes for our hot dogs in a stick since their machine had to get fixed. So we sat down and enjoyed the views while we shared my Boba tea. It is a very cute dice the spicy hot dog wasn't as spicy as I thought it would be but it was something different. My son was picky and didn't like the breading that much and he took it off and just ate the regular hot dog. He still gave it a thumbs up. We will definitely be coming back here for the drinks!!

Roasted rice milk tea is DIVINE! So light tasting. The corn dogs were fun and delicious. Will be back for more!

We had the Jinro Peach Soju, and it was dangerously easy to drink. I sipped, but it definitely goes down like juice. Service overall was perfect. Even when Kelly stepped away, other staff checked in just enough so we never felt ignored or constantly interrupted. It was that ideal balance you hope for but rarely get. We arrived before the dinner rush, and I'm glad we did because the restaurant isn't very big. I can only imagine the wait once things get busy. If you're craving Korean food, stop by. I'm already planning to return with a bigger group and sit outside--looks like it would be such a fun experience.

I made our reservation weeks in advance as a Father's Day surprise for my husband but from the moment we arrived, everything went downhill. Our waiter was unprofessional throughout the entire experience. The first thing he did was insist on giving us a handshake. It wasn't a normal handshake it was extremely firm and uncomfortable to the point that my hand actually hurt afterward. It also felt inappropriate considering we were about to have dinner. As soon as he walked away, my husband looked at me and asked, "Did he squeeze your hand too?" I said yes because he had done the exact same thing to both of us. It immediately created an awkward and uncomfortable atmosphere. When we ordered our appetizers, we asked if our crab cakes could be prepared the way we've always ordered them during previous visits. His immediate response was, "Not today." He gave us a lengthy explanation about how they were too busy because it was Saturday. However, we've dined here many Saturdays before and have never had an issue. Eventually, he agreed to accommodate the request, but by then the interaction had already left a bad impression. His overall attitude and demeanor made us feel as though we were an inconvenience. He came across as rushed, dismissive, and almost as if he felt he was above us. We felt pressured to order before we were ready. When we asked for a little more time to decide on our entrees, he seemed irritated. Later, when we decided to order another item, he again gave us a hard time. At that point, we simply told him, "Never mind. We'll just stick with the appetizers." The entire experience was uncomfortable, and the negative energy completely overshadowed what was supposed to be a special Father's Day celebration. I spoke with the manager and explained everything that had happened. While he apologized, I left feeling as though my concerns were being dismissed rather than genuinely addressed. At that point, we decided to leave because Father's Day was already being ruined, and we didn't want to spend the rest of the evening feeling uncomfortable. Thankfully, we were able to get a table at RH Ocean Grill in Newport Beach, where we enjoyed a wonderful Father's Day dinner that lasted until 10:00 p.m. They completely turned our evening around. It's disappointing because we've always enjoyed dining here and have had many great experiences in the past. That's what made this visit even more surprising. It's unfortunate that such an important occasion was overshadowed by poor service, an unprofessional attitude, and a lack of concern when we brought our experience to management's attention.

No gimmicks, no theatrics, just the steady hum of a grill that's probably seen more lunch rushes than most people have had hot meals. The teriyaki hits first -- simple, slightly sweet, familiar in the way comfort food should be. Chicken grilled with enough char to remind you someone actually stood over flame to make it happen, not a microwave or a shortcut. Portions are generous in that unspoken way working-class spots understand: you don't leave hungry, and nobody's trying to sell you nostalgia on a plate. What stands out more than anything is consistency. In a world where restaurants chase trends or reinvent themselves into oblivion, this place feels anchored. The kind of neighborhood spot that survives because it has to -- because people actually come back, not because it's marketed well online. The space itself carries layers of history. You can still feel the old identity underneath the newer polish, like a building remembering what it used to be even after a remodel. That kind of continuity is rare. It's not fine dining. It's not trying to be. It's lunch, dinner, and everything in between for people who work with their hands, clock in, and just need something reliable that doesn't waste their time. And sometimes, that's the highest praise you can give a place like this: it shows up every day, does its job, and doesn't pretend to be anything else.
