We ordered the Monster Latte and the passion fruit milk tea with golden boba, and both drinks were delicious. The Monster Latte was refreshing for a hot day, and the passion fruit milk tea had a nice balance of sweetness and tea flavor. The golden boba also had a great texture. Absolutely love Ding Tea drinks - no complaints here. Ding Tea is one of my favorite boba spots and the drinks (specifically the monster boba latte) is consistent no matter the location. Unfortunately, the service at this specific location is what warrants the three stars. I placed a phone order for me and my family with no issue, however, I forgot to add one more drink. Less than 5 minutes later I called back to try and add another drink, and the employee (different from the first person I spoke with) said they weren't taking phone orders anymore. I informed them I just placed a phone order, and his response was, "We got that order, but we have a line now so we're prioritizing the people here. We can't add anything else to your order." After I hung up, my fiance called right after to see if he could place the order instead. A different employee answered and took the phone order no problem. Within 5-10 minutes, we arrived at the location, and the place was empty. It was only us and one other person. Again, the drinks are amazing - it's just unfortunate that we had this experience with placing our orders. read more

I love going here for my boba and green tea. It's that good that I keep coming back literally almost every week. They usually get my orders right every time but today they didnt. I clearly said Hokkaido oolong milk tea with boba; and then he clarified if I want any toppings on my green tea to which I said no. I ended up with bobas on my green tea and none on my milk tea. The other girl staff was kind enough to remove the bobas on the green tea, but still my milk tea has no boba. I suggest double checking the receipt next time to make sure orders were correct. This location is in the heart of Bixby Knolls. There is street parking in front of the place and in the back, but it is pretty small. I suggest parking in the nearby neighborhood if you cannot find any. Take a nice stroll in one of the prettiest neighborhoods in the LBC. I have a couple of favorites at this teahouse. A couple of favorites are the Passionfruit Green Tea, Brown Sugar Milk Tea, Monster Boba Latte, and the Hokkaido. I like to add honey boba to all my drinks which I have got to say, they have one of the best boba I have ever tried. They are not too soft and have a great flavor. They are just made perfectly. After getting your drink, there is a small seating area to enjoy your drinks and to chat with some friends. If you take it to go, there are plenty of shops and cool places to check out during your walk back to your car. read more
