These people are shady as hell. They tried to sell a 15K motorcycle to my bf for 30k (accepting cash only) and when he declined their offer, they proceeded to harass him via text. They supposedly spent 70K on upgrades for this ugly bike that is only worth 15K. It has out of state plates and he had no title (with tags that expired in 2016!).
