He monetizes off of the unfortunate situations of others and sells them vehicles that are salvage title that would not have even passed Maryland Inspection. Like other patrons have previously left in their reviews. He has hired his own personal Maryland Inspector who works there once a week and passes all the illegal cars. My 2006 Toyota Corolla was sold to me around July 2024 with the check engine light on, left and right front apron bent (frame), left front bumper hanging from previous accident, extreme pull to right when drove. I have replaced front tires 8 times, brakes, alternator, and battery 5 times due to electrical miswiring. Exhaust that comes up through holes in floor which is a carbon-monoxide issue to the point it is nauseating. They make no attempt to remedy the situation since notified within 24 hours of purchase not only to Bruce but to Owen who sold the vehicle. I spoke with Bruce Jett directly the morning after(9:00am) purchase of 8:30pm, and was told he did the legal minimal requirement required by law, he would not provide different vehicle, nor return my money. He stated don't bother with a lemon law approach because not a new vehicle. I have been told by a body shop that this salvage vehicle is not safe to drive nor should have been sold with bent frame. Another mechanic shops states that this vehicle should not have even passed inspection and is not legal in Maryland. I also notified Jeanne (finance manager) verbally and by email of the situation. However, even now when I reach out to Jeanne, their financial company representative ,which is located on site. In fact he has three separate businesses listed , yet in one building. The Mountain Motors portion who supposedly sells the cars, Royal Trust the finance Company and his Auto shop with yet another name. that is located at the dealership that Bruce also owns. I tried to trade in on another vehicle yet would not provide pay off amount. I have also reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Please do not trust these people with no parts of an experience that you should be happy and enjoyable. Save yourself from going through what myself and so many other people have/are going through with this dealership. Their Google Reviews and their rating here and on BBB all show this is a repeat thing that is happening to many customers and they need to be stopped.

I requested a loan through my bank for the exact amount listed in the deal sheet, which included all tax/tag/title fees. When I arrived at the dealership, I agreed to let them try to find better financing, they were unable to match. So far, all fine. When I was presented with the final deal sheet, there were two additions that I did not agree to beforehand, a Lojack service subscription and a dealer warranty service. I requested that they be removed from the deal sheet, as I didn't want either of them, and they inflated the price This is where it gets shifty for me: They tried to tell me that the LoJack service fee was required to complete the purchase, and then tried to scare me into the warranty by lying about the factory warranty not being transferrable. I did research on both of these points, and found them both to be lies. We left, and they've since contacted me trying to make the deal happen. It turns out the LoJack is optional (imagine that). This is textbook consumer fraud, and I'd avoid this business at all costs. If they'll lie about this, I would also believe that they'll lie about the state of the vehicle service, and warranty.

I recently purchased a vehicle from them, only to discover shortly after that the car had serious issues, including bad brakes and a tire problem. These are basic safety concerns that should have been identified and addressed before the car was ever sold to a customer. As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted the dealership and brought the car back in. They asked me to come in at 11 AM, and I ended up waiting there until 4 PM -- over four hours -- with no updates or communication. I had to repeatedly ask for information, and only after pressing them did they finally tell me that the car could not be repaired that day because the necessary part had just been ordered and would not be available until the next day. What made the situation worse was the lack of accountability and customer care. I was given only two options: leave my car there or take it back in unsafe condition. No effort was made to accommodate me, and I was not offered a rental car, even though my warranty packet clearly states that I am entitled to one. At this point, it feels like once the sale was completed, customer service completely disappeared. Selling a car with faulty brakes is not just unprofessional -- it's dangerous. On top of that, making a customer wait hours with no communication and then offering no real solution shows a serious lack of respect. I expected much better. If you're considering buying a car here, I strongly recommend you think twice and thoroughly inspect everything before making a purchase. The Saler was ok, it's not his fault cause management was telling him What to say . But seriously car should be inspected before selling it to anyone especially if it has break problems I tend to bring this matter further , because the car terrible shakes and almost cause me an accident Came in at 11am till 8:30pm No update , unless I ask myself . I've left it here so you can see... when I purchased my car, they gave me a Due Bill (on Jan 9, 2026) for a part that needed to be replaced. Initially they said the part would probably be in the following week. Today is March 24th... after multiple attempts on my part to get the promised repair, it's still not fixed. I have contacted the dealership as well as Ike the owner... I began documenting our communications. At this point they are not acknowledging my attempts to reach them. I had problems getting my temporary tags when the permanent tags were not received. I started by interacting with them via phone because they were great when I bought the car... but they didn't follow through on what they said via phone. Now I insist on all communication being in writing. I suggest you do the same.
