(Two other banks quoted us 60 days MINIMUM to process our refinance.) Benchmark quoted us a 30 day or less timeframe and they kept that promise. We were given comparison documents less than 24 hours after providing our personal information and what we were hoping to accomplish with the refinance. The staff was vary transparent and kept us updated along the way. Their customer portal was very easy to use and navigate through when uploading and signing documents, as well as seeing exactly when documents were reviewed and accepted.
