Amazing!! I had really terrible credit immediately out of high school back when they allowed…read morecreditors to just send u credit cards in the mail when u turned 18. I wasn't really taught how to use them properly and got in over my head. That was a start to a full adult life of bad credit. Not to mention years of medical bills & all sorts of other things on top of the credit card debt. I always had a low credit score and just got used to functioning in life that way. Got used to having to pay more interest on everything etc etc. A friend referred me to Nationwide after wasting money paying other credit repair companies to do what I could have done on my own and then seeing the creditors just add it right back on somehow. She referred me to Caroline as like the broker between the actual team who clears your credit. I've never met her in person but she is amazing and will DEFINITELY have a good story to tell you! I may have had 6 figures worth of bad credit when I signed up with them (added all together between the bureaus) now I have ZERO and NOTHING was ever added back on by the creditors after being removed. NOTHING! They definitely give you an A+ report card!! I confidently can say they are the ABSOLUTE BEST out of all the repair companies you hear about. I've referred sooooooooooooo many people to them and they all have great credit now, thanks to Nationwide! Be patient with the process if u may have difficult items like I did. Lots fall off quickly in the beginning but u have to just have peace and patience for the rest. Good things come to those who wait! It WILL come off. They work hard and prove it to u with reports that u can log in to see the progress and when and who they reached out to. I just forgot about mine and kept living my life and checking my report periodically. If you are looking for a quick fix, but you have terrible things on your credit you can go to one of those other companies, but the likelihood of it staying off your report with the other companies is very low. They WILL NOT come back with Nationwide! I do not know these people. I've never met them. Only phone and email conversations. I'm not being paid for this review and get zero benefit from taking the time to write it. I'm writing this detailed review because they genuinely deserve it!!! My suggestion to anyone using this service is to be proactive on top of what they are doing for u in the meantime. If u can, open up a few SECURE credit cards with ur own money to begin to build credit again. When Nationwide takes everything off, it will look as if you've never had credit and having the secure cards will help u to build new credit and start over from scratch. Now you should know what NOT to do and make better choices. This is the process I took and eventually the secure cards gave me my money back and gave me a higher limit and I never allowed it to go over 20% usage and always always always pay on time now. After always being denied luxury vehicles, places to live etc, I was able to walk into a luxury dealership, apply to get a new car lease and they approved me with no money down and no proof of anything!!! My next step is a home. Hopefully this honest review helps you as I believe all of this to be true for my experience and all of the people I referred as well. Good luck!!!! Thank you Nationwide!!!!!!!!

I committed 4 months in hopes of some improvement with my credit score. They lead me on and had excuse. "We're waiting to hear back" but coincidentally when I call a few days after 45 days they just so happen to get my letter in the mail. All a bunch of BS. I understand it takes 30-45 to get reports back from the credit bureaus but they didn't inform me on what they were sending or how my investigation was going. You'll be happier you didn't start.

I contacted Atlas Consumer Law seeking representation for remaining Fair Credit Reporting Act…read moreclaims after successfully resolving my TransUnion claim through separate litigation. From the outset, I explained that I had already exhausted the dispute process with the credit bureaus and was seeking legal representation because those disputes had failed to resolve the remaining issues. Over several weeks the firm requested extensive documentation, including credit reports, payment records, dispute history, and documentation from Regional Acceptance Corporation. I spent considerable time gathering everything they requested, signed their credit authorization so they could obtain my reports directly, completed their intake paperwork, and even obtained additional documentation directly from Regional Acceptance after several attempts. Despite all of that, I was ultimately directed back to the very same dispute process that I had already explained had been exhausted before I ever contacted the firm. Rather than identifying what additional evidence they believed was necessary or providing a clear decision regarding representation, I continued receiving requests that either repeated information I had already provided or directed me to repeat steps that had already failed. What made the experience particularly frustrating was the amount of time invested without receiving a straightforward answer. If the firm did not wish to pursue the matter, I would have respected a direct decision. Instead, I was left spending weeks gathering records, signing authorizations, completing intake documents, and responding to requests, only to end up exactly where I started as they clearly couldn't understand what was being presented to them.

I left a major corporate job and accepted a position with RFGI, looking for a fresh start. After…read moresubmitting my resume, I was interviewed and hired the same day. Even though the pay was significantly lower, less than half of what I was making before, I took the job, hoping the environment would make up for it. I'll be honest--it's low pay at $16.50 per hour. I was previously making $29.70, but I figured I'd give it a try because my mental well-being meant more... until I saw my first insubstantial paycheck. Who can live on that? From the start, things were not as promised. During my interview, the owner, Jason, told me he was bringing employees back into the office due to declining production. However, once I started, I realized this was not true. The only people required to be in the office were the four new hires, while the rest of the company remained remote. If production was truly the issue, why weren't all employees required to return? It was clear that we were misled. And for your information, every new hire has an issue with it. Then came the leadership issues. I take pride in my attendance, but when I needed a simple one-mile ride to work because my car was in the shop, the owner told me he was "uncomfortable" with it. Meanwhile, two out of the three other new hires barely showed up to work or were late daily; that didn't seem to be a problem. If an employer is more "uncomfortable" helping a reliable employee get to work than he is with others skipping work entirely or being on time, something isn't right. To make matters worse, when I raised concerns about my pay being unsustainable, I was suddenly labeled as "disruptive" by his wife, who's the "collections supervisor." Disruptive? Me? A word that has never been used toward me before--not by anyone!! Just days earlier, I was the top collector in the company. Her reason was that I said, "I can't take this anymore," and it was overheard on a call being monitored--where there was no customer on the but the person listening heard it. So apparently, I was talking to myself, & it was overheard. And "I can't take this anymore" is apparently disruptive. So of course, I then asked her, "So when were you going to tell me?" She replied, "Today." Oh yeah? When? After I sat here all day collecting money for your company? Meanwhile, another employee spoke horribly to customers in ways I've never heard in a professional setting & still had a job. To the point where I would hear it, & my jaw would drop. But somehow, I was the disruptive problem? Interesting. Now, let's talk about the elephant in the room--why was the owner so uncomfortable giving me a ride? That reaction made me feel like I wasn't trusted, which raises the question: why? Was it because his wife, Michelle, who ultimately fired me, didn't trust him? I don't know, but the whole situation felt off. If an employer can't even help a loyal employee get to work, yet enables others who repeatedly miss work, that's a huge red flag. At the end of the day, this company lacks leadership, transparency, and fairness. If you're looking for an employer who values hard work and treats employees with respect, this is not the place. Best to you all still there!

Received two calls and two letters in the last couple years to collect a debt I have never had…read more The representative proposed that I pay a fraction of the debt just to stop them from contacting me even if the debt wasn't mine. That seemed scummy. Never a missed or late payment in my life and certainly never had business with the company the representative claimed I owed money to. I have read reviews on the BBB stating the company reps were easy to work with and made paying their "debt" like it was a pleasurable experience, I find that highly unlikely and suspicious.
